Everything was great in the condo! We loved being able to walk around the area. However, it was a busy area during spring break being so close to the public beach entrance. We did always have a spot on the beach though!

Nice condo, well appointed, good location.
Only negative - no basic items for cooking. You will need to bring salt, pepper, oil, etc..

Would definitely stay here again. A few issues with property and construction to balcony. Overall place was clean and well kept and great how close it was to beach access.

This was our second trip to Toes In The Sand. The location and condo were extremely enjoyable. The value is fantastic. The check in and check out process is a breeze. The condo had all the amenities most people would need. I especially appreciate the little things like a luggage cart.
I will offer a critique on the property management. If I were the owner these are the things I’d like to know about. Two years in a row we came in to find several light bulbs blown out. (Last year we didn’t call maintenance, but this year we did.) The condo was starting to show some age for instance there were a few loose (felt “springy” when you stepped on them) titles on the kitchen floor. There was broken patio furniture. The property grounds were a little dirty (gum wrappers on the ground and a paper coffee cup resting on a fire extinguisher.
Bottom line: This is a nice place, property management just needs to pay attention to the little details.
