Located in Selca, Brač, this charming villa for $518 per night is a great choice for your next break. Villa Lucian is located in the southeast of the island of Brač. It has two floors and can accommodate 14 people. It is located on the outskirts of Selca and is still only a few minutes' walk from the center for all needs. The equipment is simple and comfortable, while being functional and tasteful. Due to its location, the house is preparing for a quiet family vacation. If you want to recover from the stress and fast lifestyle, you have come to the right place. If you still want to be active on vacation, you will find offers for sport and leisure, excursions, night spots in the open air in the nearby towns, etc. From the house you can access a spacious outdoor area with pool and whirlpool. The garden is laid out in the traditional Dalmatian style from old stone on the island of Brač with many Mediterranean plants. Next to the pool there is a whirlpool with a panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. There is also a children's corner for the little ones. Enjoy your absolute calm and your completely undisturbed privacy. The spacious house with two huge terraces and the outside area cannot be seen from the outside. From the kitchen you come to a 70 m2 terrace with a unique panoramic view of the sea, the forest, the surrounding mountains and the bay from the fishing village Sumartin. On the terrace there is a large wooden table and a large grill fireplace.

We had a very lovely stay at the Villa for 10 days. Tanya and her husband were perfect hosts that were caring, friendly and very relaxed.
The Villa was beautiful with a marvellous view, even to the sea. The rooms were clean and nice and we had enough space for our group of 12 adults and one little child. We had a good time also at the pool and whirlpool. Unfortunately the last mentioned could not be heated, however the weather was very warm most of the time so there was no need for heated water in the whirlpool.
We warmly recommend staying at the villa!

This is a stunning property - beautifully maintained by Tanja and her husband. We were a party of 14 and just home from a wonderful holiday with our three children with their families. The seven grandchildren varied in age from 4 to 9 and they loved the pool area and hot tub which were cleaned every morning at 6am although we never heard a thing! The villa has an amazing view from the top floor to the sea at Sumartin with a table that holds many happy memories for us of BBQ nights and chatting. There are 3 supermarkets close by and Surmartin has some wonderful swimming areas in the beautiful adriatic sea - best swimming we have ever done anywhere in the world - the sea is crystal clear. We cannot thank Tanja enough - she is an amazing hostess and helped us book restaurants and a full day boat trip which I would really recommend. In summary a perfect place for a family holiday. The villa is clean and very well equipped - plenty of safe parking. Selca and the area surrounding is unspoilt with many lovely small waterfront restuarants. Can't wait to return one day.

Just home from a wonderful 1 week say here. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The outside area, pool and spa bath are fantastic with shade and sun as desired. The view is simply breathtaking! The ever changing colour of the mountains and the boats coming and going in the sea are a joy to take in over a morning coffee or an evening wine. Selca is very small, very beautiful and very quiet. The supermarkets are few mins walk away. There is a great pizza restaurant next to a lovely play park and bar available by the church. It was exactly what we wanted. The people are lovely and Tanja was so welcoming and helpful. She put us in touch with Zeljko from the local taxi service who were outstanding! Both transfers were seamless and they were available whenever we wanted to see the sights of the wonderful island of Brac. Sumartin is gorgeous with a few restaurants, supermarket, ferry to the mainland and boat, jet ski, buggy, SUP hire. Its quite a walk and no pavement so we used the taxi service mainly but the walk there and back is great exercise! There is a path over the hill so you don’t have to walk on the road for the most part which offers great views. Smaller groups may benefit from car hire but we felt the prices of the taxi’s were good value so used them to visit Sumartin, Bol, Povlja. All stunning! The cocktail bar in the bay opposite Sumartin is fantastic! Thank you so much, we loved our holiday, it was perfect!

Location is close to the supermarket in Selca and just 25 minute walk (or short taxi ride) down the hill to Surmartin, a small fishing village.
Tanja, the host, was excellent when communicating before arrival, helping to arrange a boat for us as we had a late arrival. She met us at the villa late at night (due to plane delays) and came back the next day to welcome us again and talk us through areas we might like to visit on Brac.
We were a group of 10 with an age range of 2 to 70 years old and everyone loved it.
The dining table outside offers spectacular views. (Just pack bug spray for the evenings).

Was soll man sagen. Einfach nur perfekt von der Gastgeberin bis zum Objekt und der Lage.
Wenn man einen ruhigen entspannten Urlaub erleben möchte dann ist man hier genau richtig. Und die Gastgeberin steht einem jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Seite. Einfach super jederzeit gerne wieder. Bitte weiter so Tanja.

Overall, our experience at this property has been amazing. The house is located in a small town with a supermarket and a pharmacy. Not only, it is also 10 minutes from Brac's beautiful beaches. The view from the villa was astonishing and the pool was beautifully kept. The host was welcoming and available at all times.

Top Séjour 2 familles avec ados
La maison est parfaitement conçue pour 2 familles avec des ados. Parents et jeunes peuvent en effet avoir chacun leur étage. Parfaitement équipée, la maison est idéalement située : possibilité de faire toutes les courses à pied, accès au city stade à pied ... Le très joli port de Sumartin à 5 minutes de voiture permet d'aller à la plage ou louer un bateau pour filer vers Bol ou l'île de Hvar en bateau ... avec un peu de chance, vous verrez des dauphins ! Tanja est aux petits soins pour faire de ce séjour un moment inoubliable. Recommandation à 100% !

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt!!!
Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war hervorragend, ebenso der Empfang von Tanja. Wir waren dort mit der Familie, Ehepaar mit 2 Kindern (3 und 8 Jahre) sowie Grossmutter. Der Pool sowie der Whirlpool waren für die Kinder einfach traumhaft. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist hochwertig und es fehtl an nichts. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Leider spiegeln die Bilder nicht die tatsächliche Schöneit der Villa wieder. Auch die Umgerbung ist top!

The pool was always clean, plenty of towels provided. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the local shops , bars and restaurants. Tanja helped us hire a boat to explore Hvar, also helped with local taxi services and car hire. All the family from the little baby to adults, all enjoyed our stay at the villa . Great memories.

Très jolie maison
Très jolie maison qui convient très bien pour 2 ou 3 familles. Les extérieurs sont impeccables, la vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Une semaine sur l’ile de Brac suffit. Pas facile de faire de « grosses courses » pour nourrir 12 personnes. Village et alentours très calmes...

Family holidays
Our stay was just excellent! Tanja is so kind and helpful person. She gave us an advice about close beaches, restaurants, shops, fruit market and so on. All property is excellent for a stay of big family with small children. Pool and whirpool are really nice, same as outside dining table. Property is really very close to the marina, beaches, shops and bars/restaurants (about 5 min. by car).

Wir haben Pfingsten in der Villa von Tanja verbracht. 3 Familien, je 4 Personen (Kinder zwischen 9 und 15 Jahre). Wir alle waren mehr als begeistert von Tanjas Villa. Die Kinder haben unten geschlafen, die Erwachsenen oben. Die Veranda mit dem Essplatz ist sensationell. Der Poolbereich riesig. Es ist ruhig, der Blick unverbaut. Alles ist sehr sehr sauber. Internet funktioniert hervorragend. Tanja ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat viele Tipps. Der Ort Selca entpuppt sich als ein sehr lieblicher Ort mit 2 Supermärkten und einem Obststand. Ein wunderschöner Platz mit Restaurants und einer Bar. Die Bewohner sind alle auffallend freundlich. Pfingsten waren wir gefühlt die einzigsten Touristen im Ort. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

The villa benefits from having a lovely pool but be aware the pool is not heated and hot tub is heated by the sun so if weather is not great which we experienced it can be too cold to enjoy. Tanja the host met us on arrival and arranged a welcome pack for us, she was there on hand for everything we needed. We couldnt ask for a better host! The villa is conveniently located by the main town of Selca where u can find a few restaurants, bars and supermarkets which you can walk to in around 5 minutes. Every where else u need to go by car, Sumartin is a lovely fishing village about 10 minutes drive with a stone beach, playground for kids and lovely restaurants. Despite the usual bad weather we all enjoyed the stay and I would definately return back.

Schönes Haus und fantastischer Garten
waren im August 2018 eine Woche in dem Haus.
Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und versuchen alles damit der Urlaub in Erinnerung bleibt.
Die Aussicht auf die Berge und das Meer ist echt etwas Besonderes.
Morgen nach dem Aufstehen in den Pool springen und nach dem Strand abends nochmals ist sehr angenehm und tut sehr gut.
Die Ausstattung ist Kroatischer guter Standart.
Die Insel Brac bietet echt viel und ist super entspannend.
Werden versuchen jedes Jahr nach Kroatien zu fahren.

Truly a holiday for the soul- fun and relaxing. Just perfect.
This was a truly magical place to stay. The location, accommodation and hosts could not have been improved upon. Tanja was so helpful and welcoming, leaving fruit and a delicious platter of hams, cheese and fresh bread for us. She also gave us a guided tour of Sumartin, pointed out restaurants and places to visit and organised speedboats to take us to Hvar (a trip I would really recommend) The villa is even more stunning than it was in the photos. The pool area and jacuzzi are just beautiful with incredible views. There were 16 of us -8 from Scotland and 8 from Australia (we had an extra surprise guest and Tanja was very flexible about this) and it was important to us that everything was perfect and it was. The local wine tasting and peka was also superb. Tanjja’s husband came every morning and cleaned the pool so that everything was immaculate when we awoke. I would like to thank them for helping to make our special family holiday so wonderful.

This house is very convenient for 12 people -separated in two apartments. Nice kitchen in both. Gorgeous veranda with beautiful views of both the sea and the mountains. An Oasis on the Island of Brac
Tanja and Ivica's Villa in the idyllic village of Selca, Brac is an absolute oasis and an ideal vacation spot. Our group of 8 people were extremely comfortable and well cared for in this spacious, island get-away. The Villa is extremely well appointed and Tanja and Ivica could not have been more accommodating. They arranged for a boat trip for us to Hvar, took us on a tour of the areas around the Villa and even organized an amazing peka dinner to be prepared for us in the Villa on the first night. The Villa is located on a beautiful part of the island, just minutes from the port of Sumartin. The view from the terrace of the mountains and the sea could not be more majestic! As tour guides, we organize many tours in locations around the world and we cannot recommend this gorgeous Villa enough. Thank you Tanja and Ivica for everything! We look forward to our next stay with you.

Beautiful spacious family house with sea view
We were for 1 week in this house with 6 adults and 6 children (from 2 to 17 years old). We had a great time. The house was exactly or even better as shown on the pictures. There is a lot of space inside and outside, the pool area is great and very well maintained, the house was very clean and all equipment was available (even 2 washing machines). You have a beautiful sea view from the terrace and you have during the whole day the possibility to sit in the shadow or in the sun.
We can recommend the villa to anyone who wants to have a relaxing stay at Brac in lovely and luxury villa.

A lovely place!
We where 12 persons in age 17-53 years spending one week in this lovely house. The house is perfect for many people with two separate aparment and generous social areas. The pool area is very nice and you will never get enough of the gorgeous wiev from the dinnertable at the terrace .Tanja and Ivica are very welcoming and show us where to find the best beaches, restaurants etc. Selca is a genuine little village in beatiful surroundings. We had a great week!

Perfect getaway
Tanjas and Ivicas villa was a perfect vacation spot for our family of 13. When we arrived there was a nice platter of cheese and prosciutto awaiting us and Tanja also brought us some homemade olive oil, zucchini an cherries and we could also pick everything that was ready in the garden and use the rosmarin that grows there. Tanja also gave us a very nice tour of the surroundings and had great reccomandations of activities that we could to, for example a secret beach getaway. The house was very clean, plenty of towels for everyone, great location, very nice location for cycling and running. Also the garden is beyond beautiful, picture perfect! We can definately reccomend staying at Tanja and Ivica, perfect hosts and perfect house.Thank you for everything, we already miss being in Selca, Brač!

The house is even better then that the pictures are showing.
Perfect for two families, because there is 8ne house/appartement on the floorground and one house/appartement on top.
Both place are totale installed and everything is real good condition. Eterovic comes each morning around 6hr to cleaning the Pool and jacuzzi and each morning when you wake up, everything is ready to, Many thanks for that Eterovic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Swimmingpool is perfect and the outside lounge is good to have in the summertime, to Hide for the sun or a night drink in the beautyful garden at evening night and when you put on the garden Light it becomes really a romantic place. We where there with 12pers, 6adult and 6 kids from 3 till 18 and we had a wonderwel holiday and one more it became clean Who Lovely the People are in Kroatië. Thank you for everything from all of us Tanja & Eterovic and Thanks for the extra care that you took for us during our stay and the nice fish which you made for us.

Amazing house and location!
We were 13 grown ups who spent a week in this lovley house and calm area that looked just as in the pictures. The house was well equipped both in the kitchens and bathrooms and was clean and had a high standard as well as the pool area. We had one car but you can easily managed without one, Selca with the food stores, bakery etc has everything you need. There are nice beaches down in Sumartin that we walked or took a run to. You can rent a car over the day or get a cab. It wasent so much tourists during our week so it was calm and relaxing.
A tip is to at least one time get up early to see the sunrise on the balcony - just lovley.
Tanja and her husband was very friendly and helpful, showed us the area, gave us tips and was easily to contact when needed.
We really want to recommend this house to a larger group. You will not be disappointed!
