Situated in Ocean Grove, this attractive house for $169 per night is a great option for your next trip. Your family holiday at Ocean Grove is just a click away with Beach House on Marlin. This beautifully decorated home is ready for a relaxing stay or you can use it as a base for those who feel more adventurous. The house is positioned within a short walk to the beach, or if you would prefer, a short drive to the patrolled surf beach of Ocean Grove or the clam waters of the Barwon River. Ocean Grove is serviced by two large shopping centres, including both of the major supermarkets, and both are within a pleasant walk or drive away. Enjoy the Sunday markets in Ocean Grove or at one of the neighbouring towns. With a short drive you can find yourself at the water adventure park ,a nice way to cool down and have fun with the kids, or try one of the mini golf parks. You can participate in surf lessons, try skydiving or any of the other attractions Ocean Grove and the Bellarine peninsula area has to offer. Beach House on Marlin comprises, 2 large living areas. A large lounge room with comfortable couches, is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. This room has a TV and Blue-ray player with stereo sound bar. There are some family games and dvd's provided. We have just had installed a large split system air conditioner to this room, which will keep you cool on the hottest of summer days and warm on chilly winter nights. Direct access to a large central private courtyard is through glass sliding doors. The second sitting area is in the kitchen / dining area, the hub of the home. Here you will find a comfortable couch and two comfortable chairs. There is also a day bed in the bay window to take in the newly landscaped gardens. Enjoy a glass of wine while dinner is being made in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining table can seat 8 people, but can be extended to comfortably seat up to 12!!!!!!!. The large private courtyard has easy access from both of the living rooms. There is a lounge sitting area, a timber outdoor dining table capable of seating 10 or more people. A large stainless steel 4 burner 'Beefeater' BBQ with wok burner and canopy is there for you to cook up a feast. A Bali Hut provides a supplementary covered area for you to sit back and enjoy the out door space. You might not ever want to leave. A newly renovated central bathroom with shower and bath is conveniently located in the center of the home. There is a separate toilet. The house has recently undergone a renovation and we have added a new luxurious en-suite with a large shower and double vanity basins. A separate toilet completes the en-suite and there is the added bonus of a walk in robe. Also in the last twelve months we have completely painted the house to keep it looking fresh and new. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need for a weekend get away or an extended holiday. We have flexible bedding, so we can accommodate singles/couples etc. There is a bed/settee in the sitting room. BEDROOM 1: One Brand new King size bed with all seasons doona and quality cover BEDROOMS 2 & 3: Brand new King size split beds so either use as queen or split for two singles. With all seasons doonas and quality covers. BEDROOM 4: One set of bunks (two single beds). With all seasons doonas and quality covers. All of the bedrooms are located away from the street to ensure a good nights sleep. Drift off to sleep while you listen to the surf in the back ground. Cot supplied upon request. All beds are provided with doonas and pillows. We provide all bed linen and bath towels for your stay. We will contact you prior to your stay to discuss how you would like the bedrooms set up. The only thing you will need to supply are your beach towels. Off street parking is provided in a double carport and there is a bus stop close by. We had a delightful stay at Beach House on Marlin. The cleanliness, charming furnishings, and thoughtful styling created a cozy atmosphere. The spacious layout and well-provided amenities exceeded expectations. Our dog loved exploring the beautiful gardens, and the ideal location, within walking distance to the beach and a charming cafe, added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
Communication with the hosts was seamless; their quick and easy responsiveness enhanced our overall experience. A lovely bottle of sparkles was a welcoming touch to a wonderful stay.

The rooms are all spacious and well styled. The outdoor area is superb and it was great that we could take our puppy who loved the backyard area which was fully secured. Loved our stay at Ocean Grove and enjoyed visiting all the nearby coastal towns and wineries.

The best place weve stayed in Ocean Grove in all the years weve been going there. A beautiful property. Loved all the little secret spots in the house and garden. The floorplan is great with the central courtyard. Bedrooms at the back mean its really quiet and you can hear the sea. Great yard for dogs and undercover area to sleep. Communication was great from the pre stay check in call and fixing a little problem with nextflix while we were there. Appreciate the little gifts of wine and snacks too.

Beach House on Marlin was perfect! Everything was provided for us, all we had to bring were the beach towels and of course our food. Just loved the feel of the place so cosy yet so spacious! Best thing was it's pet friendly so our little Coco was included on our family trip. So close to the shops (under 10min car drive) and the beach, short walk.
Very clean and well decorated. Only one negative - Nespresso coffee machine did not work :(

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location as a base to explore the area. Quiet street, can hear the surf from the back garden. Spacious rooms house is easy to live in. Really liked the floor plan, bedrooms at back and living/ kitchen at front. We had a need to ring the owner and he could not have been more helpful. We felt very welcomed. The eclectic garden is also interesting to wonder through.
All in all a winner. Good price point. We will defiantly book again.

This property is the best holiday home we have stayed in. Very well appointed with space for a family to sprend out both inside and outside. The furnishing are beautiful, the bedrooms have so much space. The living rooms ... yes rooms.. are delightful. I wish we could have stayed longer.

I got a phone call to confirm how we wanted the beds set up and the owner was warm and accommodating.
The property was spotless and tastefully decorated. The photo's didn't do it justice, it was simply beautiful but still cosy.
The kitchen had everything we needed and more.
The beds were comfortable and great choice of pillows with warm and lux doonas. The bathrooms were gorgeous, the main ensuite was again lux and felt indulgent.
Minor issue with wifi connection in back bedroom (wouldn't connect to the 5G) but everywhere else was strong and easy to connect.
What really sets this property apart from others is the courtyard and pet friendliness plus the options to find a cosy, private space in many of the living areas. The whole vibe was welcoming.
I cannot recommend this property highly enough and will definitely come back to stay again (for longer next time)?

We stayed in the "Beach House" for over five weeks in March/April 2023. The property is extremely well located in the centre of the Bellarine peninsula and a 10 minute walk to the most beautiful sandy beach. The property is spacious with a lovely enclosed courtyard. It is extremely well equipped. We had a very good time and would heartily recommend this property to others.

We have previously booked this property with friends for a weekend getaway and had such a good experience that we knew where to book again when on the bellarine peninsula. The property is in a quiet part of Ocean Grove but only a 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the Main Street. The house is perfect for a small group weekend with lots of areas to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and good conversation. The central courtyard is a stand out of the property, being protected from the wind and with a great BBQ area and Bali style tropical garden surrounding you. The owners are great from organising the required bedding and check in info to the generous bottle of bubbles to help get your stay started. We highly recommend this property for a couple/friends weekend getaway in Ocean Grove.

Coffee machine $1 pods charged for was surprising- thought better off not supplying this.

We had three couples and there was plenty of room for everyone without feeling cramped. The secure yard meant we could let our pooch explore without fear of an escape. The complimentary bottle of local bubbles was a very nice touch.
