location was very handy for access to the Palais Theatre and nearby family and for the Skybus stop. Also very close to coastal walking/cycling track.
Items supplied in the kitchen were quite adequate for tea/coffee/milk/sugar and all white goods included as well as cooking utensils.
The whole unit including the outdoor patio were very thoughtfully furnished with many quirky trimmings.
We had cycles and these could be safely left in the patio area.
There was also air-con and TV in each room!
Holly the host was also very welcoming on-line and quickly responded to queries.
All round a very pleasant place to wake up in and prepare for the day and to return to in the evening

If I'm extremely nit-picky, the hot water jug didn't pour well.
Being located near a busy road there was some traffic noise but not excessive as the unit is to the rear of the block.
