Na pierwszy rzut oka apartament robi bardzo dobre wrażenie – jest urządzony w ciekawym stylu, zgodnie ze zdjęciami, a do tego bardzo czysty. Na plus zasługuje również dobra lokalizacja oraz miejsce w garażu podziemnym.
Niestety na tym lista zalet właściwie się kończy. Apartament znajduje się na ostatnim piętrze i posiada antresolę, przez co w ciepłe dni panuje w nim bardzo wysoka temperatura. Duże przeszklenia zapewniają dużo światła, ale jednocześnie dodatkowo nagrzewają wnętrze. Problemem jest klimatyzacja, która zamiast zapewniać komfort, przecieka. Początkowo woda kapała z jednego miejsca, później z kilku, głównie nad aneksem kuchennym. Po stanie szafek wyraźnie widać, że nie jest to nowa usterka – są spuchnięte od wilgoci, co świadczy o tym, że problem trwa od dłuższego czasu.
Kolejnym rozczarowaniem były łazienki. Na dole znajduje się prysznic wyłącznie z deszczownicą, bez możliwości użycia zwykłej słuchawki. Z kolei w łazience na górze w wannie brakowało słuchawki prysznicowej – była zdemontowana, a elementy prowizorycznie zabezpieczone taśmą. Podczas korzystania z wanny z pozostawionego węża wyciekała woda, więc praktycznie można było korzystać jedynie z kranu.
Największym minusem okazała się jednak obsługa ze strony Vacation Club. Kontakt telefoniczny był możliwy, ale zgłoszenia nie przekładały się na żadne konkretne działania. Na wiadomości i e-maile odpowiadano z dużym opóźnieniem lub wcale. Mimo zgłoszenia poważnych usterek nie zaproponowano ani zmiany apartamentu, ani skutecznej próby usunięcia problemu. Jedyną propozycją było skrócenie pobytu i zwrot kosztów za niewykorzystane noce, co trudno uznać za satysfakcjonujące rozwiązanie, zwłaszcza gdy jest się już na miejscu z rodziną i ma się zaplanowany urlop.
Szkoda, ponieważ sam apartament ma duży potencjał. Gdyby usunięto usterki i zapewniono profesjonalną obsługę gości, ocena byłaby zupełnie inna. W obecnym stanie nie zdecydowałabym się na ponowny pobyt.
