Once an ancient farmhouse, today the building has been divided into two semi-detached houses, with the owners living in one in respect of guests’ privacy but always available for any possible requirements as well as offering their own wine and olive oil tastings. The holiday house is 120 sq mt and on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed for one person, sat-TV and dining-area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet with washing machine. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, another bedroom with three single beds (also possible a double bed plus a single) and a bathroom fitted out with shower. The bedrooms have air conditioning. Also available Wi-Fi connection. Outside there is a pretty garden fully equipped with outdoor furniture, an ice covered porch, and a barbecue as well as a swimming pool (10x6 mt) open from May to October. Bedlinen, Towels, gas, electricity, water, final cleaning, and internet wi fi are included Not included and to be paid on location: Damage deposit € 200 Air conditioning, on request, € 7/day. Belle découverte Toscane ! Maison bien située, au calme en pleine campagne, à côté de San Gimignano. Lucia est adorable, la maison est propre, bien aménagée et les extérieurs sont canons (vue magnifique, grande piscine que pour nous). Petite astuce : n’hésitez pas à mettre la clim’ dans les chambres pour ne pas avoir trop chaud et pour ne pas entendre les chiens bruyants du coin. En une semaine, nous avons visité Sienne, Florence, Pise, San gimignano et quelques villages. Belle expérience !

Das Haus ist traumhaft gelegen: ruhig und mit herrlichem Weitblick. Lucia war immer super freundlich und hat sich um alles sofort gekümmert. Leider können wir nicht Italienisch, sie hätte uns sicher viel Interessantes erzählt. Organisation und Checkin waren perfekt.

Wir waren das dritte Mal in der Casa Alessandro und auch dieses Mal wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Ein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Haus aus kann man sehr viele schöne Touren unternehmen. Die Städte Florenz oder Siena sind knapp 1h Autofahrt von Gambassi entfernt. kleiner Tip - in Richtung San Gimignano kommt man zum Ristorante Boscotondo. Unbedingt reservieren und genießen!!

Ein sehr schönes neu renoviertes ales Steinhaus in mitten der Toskana. Nebenan wohnen zwar die Eigentümer, aber das "stört" überhaupt nicht. Lucia und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die zwei Hunde stellen überhaupt kein Problem dar. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage in den zwei Schlafzimmern sind besonders im Hochsommer goldwert. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns, dass der Poolbereich extra eingezäunt ist. Durch ein verschlossenes Tor kommt man zum Pool - sehr gute Kindersicherung!! Man hat eine grandiose Aussicht - wer die Italiener, Land und Leute mag - wird diese kleine Oase lieben. Wir wissen, dass wir wieder kommen!
