habe mich über das Appartement sehr geärgert!

ich war gestern, 22.06.2022, bei Novasol in Pula/Istrien und habe mich über das Appartement, das wir zur Zeit gemietet haben, sowie über die Vermieter beschwert. Die Mitarbeiterin von ihnen hat sie per e-mail darüber informiert. Wir sind seit dem Sa., 18.06.2022 in besagtem Appartement. Beim Einzug sagte die Vermieterin, das 1 Schlafzimmer nicht benutzt wird. Da ich jedoch dafür bezahlt habe intervenierte mein Mann und sie brachte uns Bettlaken für dieses Schlafzimmer. Die im Angebot erwähnte Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Die Vermieterin erklärte, dass ich meine Wäsche zu ihr nach oben im 1. Stock bringen kann und sie dann wäscht. Ich lehnte dies ab. WLAN wurde angeboten, der Internetzugang funktioniert aber nur im WC und an einer bestimmten Stelle in der Küche vor dem Fernseher (ca. 1 qm). Wir teilten dies der Vermieterin mit und sie sagte, dass sie einen Techniker holt. Er sollte am Di., 21.06.2022 kommen. Es erschien aber niemand. Die Tochter der Vermieterin arbeitet angebl. in der Computerbranche und kam zu uns. Sie probierte auch auf ihrem Handy, ob sie Internetzugang hat, es ging aber nicht. Auch einen Internetzugang über meinen PC konnte sie nicht installieren. Ihre Eltern wurden darüber informiert. Ich erklärte der Vermieterin dass sie für rund 15.- Euro einen Verstärker in einem Computerfachgeschäft kaufen kann. Dieser wird in eine Steckdose gesteckt und sucht sich die Verbindung zum Router, der im 1. Stock des Hauses ist, selbst. Wir haben zu Hause auch so einen Verstärker, es funktioniert tadellos. Die Vermieterin will aber so ein Gerät nicht kaufen. Meine Mutter wohnt in Kiew/Ukraine und ich muss sie jederzeit erreichen können. Dies ist jedoch mit dem Handy nur auf dem WC oder auf der Straße möglich. Angeblich kommt der Techniker nun bis zum kommenden Wochenende. Mit so einem Zustand gebe ich mich nicht zufrieden. Wir stellten so nach und nach diverse Hygienemängel im Appartement fest. Die Dusche weist teilweise Schimmel und Schmutz auf. Mein Schlafzimmer hat Schimmel hinter dem Bett und an den Terrassentüren. Schimmel zeigt sich auch in den Schränken in der Küche. Ich habe fotographiert und füge Fotos in einer separaten mail an sie bei. Insgesamt ist dies für uns alles untragbar. Telefonisch haben wir es mehrmals probiert, Novasol in Deutschland und Pula zu erreichen. Ohne Erfolg! Ich bestehe auf die volle Rückzahlung des Mietpreises. Dieses Appartement hier bietet nicht den Standard für den von uns gezahlten Preis!!

Practical vacation home on beautiful, grassy property.

These simply and practically furnished vacation apartments (see also CIK413) are ideal for two families who like to travel together but still want to enjoy privacy. This apartment is located on the first floor and has direct access to the garden with garden furniture, barbecue and lawn. The children can play here well in the garden and use for example the swing.

The apartments are located in a quiet area, only 30 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches in Rabac. The large property invites you to relax.
