Nestled in Laboe, this lovely condo for $80 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a well maintained apartment complex with a magnificent view of the Kiel Inner Fjord and the city of Laboe. The apartment is easily accessible via a lift. Through the hallway you reach the modern furnished living room, from which the kitchen and the two bedrooms go off. The apartment offers enough space for four to five people. For sleeping arrangements, two single beds (2m x 0.90m) and a double bed (2m x 1.70m) are available in the two bedrooms. A sofa bed in the living room can be used as an additional bed. On the sunny side of the Kiel Fjord is the beach Laboe. With its 5000 inhabitants, it has retained its almost village tranquility, but still offers the holidaymaker all the amenities expected of a resort. Laze on the beach while marveling at the big crusaders and container ships that sail into the Kiel harbor or into the locks of the Nordostsee Canal - that's what you can do on the well-kept beach of Laboe. A stroll along the beach promenade leads to the walk-in U-boat U995 and the 68 m high Naval Memorial, from which one has a splendid panoramic view over the fjord and the Probsteier landscape. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Man kann von dort die Schiffe auf der Förde beobachten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und es sind nur ein paar Hundert Meter zum Strand. Die Übergabe der Wohnung lief freundlich und problemlos. Diese Wohnung ist durchaus zu empfehlen.

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Die Aussicht aus dem 4. Stock auf den Hafen ist prima. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Wir waren zu viert (Eltern + 13 + 15 Jahre alte Kinder) für 4 Tage dort. Wlan einwandfrei, TV ok, Spielesammlung und DVDs auch in der Wohnung zur Verfügung sowie Fernglas. Balkon mit allem nötigen (Stühle, Tisch, Schirm). Schöner Ausblick, ruhig gelegen, Einkaufen oder Essen gehen direkt vor der Tür. PKW direkt kostenfrei bei der Wohnung, alles fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, Vermietung sehr nett. Küche reichte für uns für Frühstück zubereiten, sind dann Essen gegangen, da mir persönlich die Küche fürs richtige Kochen zu klein ist, aber das ist Geschmackssache/Gewöhnung. Es wäre aber alles da gewesen fürs Kochen. Im Winter auch ok dort, obwohl wir uns an Nachtspeicherheizung bzw. Elektroheizung gewöhnen mussten. Gefroren haben wir aber nicht, keine Sorge. Warmwasser istauch kein Problem, selbst wenn sogar 4 Personen direkt nacheinander duschen gehen. Wir würden für einen Kurzurlaub uns dort wieder einmieten.

Wir haben als Familie mit kleinem Kind vier Nächte in der Wohnung gelebt. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber sehr toll geschnitten. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles ist neu und hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. City, Strand, Fähre und Bus sowie Bäcker und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Immer wieder gern!!!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist mit Meerblick und quasi gleich neben dem Strand :-) Sie ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über einen Geschirrspühler. Ein kleine Sache könnte noch verbessert werden: Die Übergabe der Wohnung beim Check-In. Dort wurde uns der falsche Platz zu den Mülltonnen gewiesen und auch dass einige Gardinen nicht fest an der Stange waren ist leider nicht aufgefallen. Dies sind aber Kleinigkeiten :-) Vielen Dank an Die Vermietung für die Möglichkeit, dort zu wohnen. Gerne wieder.
