right on the beach with good access to the beach

musty smell. There were no bedside table or reading lamps. The futon by the TV was VERY uncomfortable. The room was supposedly an upgrade.

The receptionist was very kind. I told her I was booking a night for myself, to walk on the beach and listen to the waves....due to my mother passing that morning.....she did her magic and changed my room so I could see and hear the ocean from my room and it was just a few feet from the beach. I had other family members stay there days prior and they were very happy with their stay as well.

I was upgraded from an economy room to an ocean-view studio at a discounted rate. The room was beautiful! And the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend.

It's a very nice property right on the beach. It's a great stopping point between Boston and Arcadia National Park. I enjoyed the beach in the morning and watched the sun rise above the ocean horizon. It is a real treat!
