+ Świetna lokalizacja przy Montowni i blisko do starego miasta
+ Nowy lokal, więc wszystko nowe, czyste i dobrze wyposażone
+ Bardzo dobre Wifi
- Hałas za oknem, bo budują nowe bloki
- Dodatkowo płatny mały podatek za nocleg nie wliczony do ceny wynajmu
- Brak klimatyzacji. W ciepłe dni otwarte okno może nie wystarczyć.

Facilmente llegas a todas partes, está bien comunicado
Es super tranquilo, no oyes ningun ruido de vecinos.
Genial para 2 personas.
Si tienes coche es perfecto disponer de 1 aparcamiento
-recibir un mensaje en polaco explicando como entrar hace muy dificil entender que hacer- por suerte coincidimos con otro propietario que habla ingles y nos explicó el proceso a efefctuar.
- los disitintos edificios , al menos el C y el D , tienen el mismo código para la puerta principal

Clean, convenient and modern .
Nice balcony overlooking a convenient food hall and great views of the shipyard.
It’s not a 2 bedroom apartment as advertised, it’s one bedroom with a sofa bed in the kitchen/lounge area.
And there is not even a door separating the bedroom from the lounge.
You need to bring your own coffee, tea and shower gel.
