The Baltic Sea spas Timmendorfer Strand and Niendorf offer relaxation and recreation for every vacation. A paradise for children that invites to romp and play in the water and horse riding on land. Young and old can relax in the beach chairs and enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. And not only that ..., you can hike, bike, be active, let your legs dangle or just stroll along the beach promenade. Numerous restaurants offer freshly caught fish from Niendorf fishermen and invite you to enjoy! Numerous excursion boats go on sea and fishing trips to the Baltic Sea from Niendorf's sailing and fishing port. It is a popular meeting point for skippers, anglers and day trippers all year round. This mixture makes the port of Niendorf unique, romantic and versatile. The beaches begin right at the entrance to the harbor. The sandy beach gently sloping towards the water is particularly ideal for children to swim. In the direction of Travemünde, the steep Brodten bank is a wonderful hiking and cycling path. Halfway there you can linger in the popular excursion café / restaurant 'Herrmann's Höhe' and enjoy the wonderful view over the Bay of Lübeck. Our renovated (in autumn 2017) and partly new and lovingly furnished apartment (50 sqm) is centrally located and offers the right framework for every taste. Enjoy your fresh coffee in the morning with an incomparable view directly from the balcony of the beautiful Baltic Sea. The balcony is half covered. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (there is an elevator in the house). It has a combined living and dining room including a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in kitchen with dishwasher, stove with oven and microwave, coffee machine, sense machine, toaster and kettle. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200 m). There is also a spacious bathroom with a bathtub with shower partition, toilet and hairdryer. In addition, the apartment is equipped with a radio / CD player, DVD player and flat screen TV. Our apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The arrival and departure times are flexible, according to occupancy and in consultation with the administrator. After a long walk on the beach, there are numerous cafés and restaurants to relax in, or the sea water swimming pool, which is about 200 meters away. Right across the street you will find a surf school and other attractive options for your free time. The parking space is located in the underground garage directly in the house and is included in the rental price. We look forward to you, your landlord!

Die Entfernung zum Strand war nur ca 5 Minuten, so ließ sich der Sonnenuntergang schön beobachten.
Die Wohnung war sehr schön, es fehlte an nichts. Leider war das Schlafsofa sehr hart.

Schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist schön und groß, quasi direkt am Meer, sehr gemütliches Bett und alles funktioniert gut. Bei anfänglichen Problemen mit der Tiefgarage wurde uns super nett geholfen. Die Kommunikation nach der Buchung war auch sehr gut, allerdings fände ich es hilfreich, wenn die doch recht hohe Endreinigungsgebühr vor der Buchung etwas offensichtlicher dargestellt wird, also entweder direkt in den Preis eingerechnet oder zumindest irgendwo sichtbar z.B. im Text genannt wird. Außerdem könnte man vielleicht auch 2-3 Klopapierrollen, Mülltüten, Spülmaschinentabs etc bereitstellen, das würde nur ein paar Cent kosten und die Erfahrung für die Gäste verbessern. Die Wohnung ist aber auf jeden Fall schön.

Sehr gemütliche, toll ausgestattete Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll ausgestattet, mit allem was es für den Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist super nah zur Promenade in einer 30er Zone. Edeka, Bäcker, Gaststätten und Schwimmbad in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Toll ist auch der Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Allerdings ist der Stellplatz zwischen zwei Betonsäulen und daher bei einem größeren Auto eine Herausforderung um im 90 Grad Winkel einparken zu können. Bei meinem Zafira war nur ein rückwärts einparken mit viel rangieren möglich.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist noch der toll ausgestattete Balkon, auf dem man auch windgeschützt sitzen kann.
Ich werde die Wohnung wieder anmieten und ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen
Gleich bei Ankunft haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten auch Glück mit dem Wetter, so dass wir vom Balkon den seitlichen Meerblick genießen konnten.
Der Bäcker, und auch Edeka, sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Bäcker konnten wir sogar immer ein kleines Stück am Strand laufen. Wir waren im Vogelpark, beim Erlebniscafe über die Steilklippen und beim Hafen. Alles sehr schön!
Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, sogar Spiele und Bücher für Erwachsene und Kinder sind vorhanden.
Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter.

Schöne Ferienwohnung 2 Min zum Strand
Super Ferienwohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Es gibt einen schönen Balkon, von dem aus man seitlich das Meer sehen kann. Für unsere Tochter wurden uns kostenlos ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, sodass wir hier gut kochen konnten. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig, für erholsame Nächte. Perfekt ist zudem, dass es einen tiefgaragenstellplatz gibt!

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön groß für 2 Personen. Es ist alles an Technik vorhanden, was man benötigt bei einer Selbstverpflegung. Frühstück auf dem Balkon ist kein Problem, weil dieser auch teilweise Überdacht ist. Kurze Wege zur Promenade, Strand, Restaurant's und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.👍 Das Meer konnte man auch sehen. Insgesamt gesagt, uns hat es Prima gefallen. Wir werden gerne Wiederkommen! 😄

Zum Wohlfühlen!
Mit zwei kleinen Kindern haben wir Urlaub in der Ostseeresidenz gemacht. Es war wunderschön! In der gemütlichen, kleinen Wohnung von Frau Schwermer haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt und die Tage dort sehr genossen. Das separate Schlafzimmer war optimal, um die Kinder abends ins Bett zu bringen. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig, die kleine Küche praktisch eingerichtet. Besonders hilfreich war für uns der separate Abstellraum, in welchem Gummistiefel und warme Jacken super weggepackt werden konnten.
Schön war es, wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren im Dez. 2019 in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Beschreibung ist so wie angegeben. In dieser Jahreszeit ist es sehr ruhig, für 2 Personen ist diese Fewo sehr angenehm.
Wir konnten uns in diesen Tagen sehr gut erholen. Gern werden wir dieses Objekt zu dieser Jahreszeit wiedernutzen .

Eine schöne Wohnung in guter Lage mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern
Der erste Eindruck beim Hereinfahren in die Tiefgarage war nicht so gut - sie ist zwar geräumig, die Stellplätze z. T. aber recht eng und zwischen zwei Pfeilern gelegen - der Einfahrwinkel und die Größe des Fahrzeuges müssen stimmen - ansonsten wird es schwierig...besser vorher erkundigen.
Der Weg zum Appartement gestaltete sich etwas duster...ein langer Gang, recht niedrige Decken...für mich nicht so einladend...hier wäre eine geschickte Beleuchtung sicherlich viel wert.
Die schöne Wohnung hat aber alles wieder vergessen lassen, so dass ich den Aufenthalt dann doch genossen habe. Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Balkon groß, die Wohnung hell und ruhig. Einziges Manko: Die Küche ist recht klein, so dass keine Schränke für Geschirr und Besteck Platz haben - es befindet sich im Esszimmer...wenn man etwas braucht, muss man außen rumlaufen. Wenn man zu zweit ist, kann man sich die Sachen allerdings durch die Durchreiche geben lassen.
Die Ausstattung ist aber so gut wie komplett. Gewünscht hätte ich mir noch eine Stehlampe zum Lesen im Wohnzimmer. Ansonsten alles da.

Schöner Urlaub
Objekt entsprach meinen Anforderung. Sauber und sehr gepflegt. Supermarkt war direkt um die Ecke und auch zum Hafen von Niendorf war es nur ein kleines Stückchen. Fernseher ist nicht der Neueste. Ansonsten alles prima.

Schönes Appartement, tolle Lage, aber nur sehr rudimentäre Grundausstattung
In dem Appartement konnte man sich grundsätzlich wohlfühlen. Es war gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Töpfen, Messern etc. war einwandfrei. Jedoch war die sonstige Grundausstattung (Handtücher, Spülmittel, Spülschwämme etc.) quasi nicht vorhanden.
Selbstverständlich handelt es sich nicht um ein Hotel. Jedoch wirken Spülmittelreste, abgelaufene Gewürze und alte Spüllappen nichtsdestotrotz wenig einladend. Gleiches gilt für einige doch sehr verstaubte Ecken.
Da die positiven Eigenschaften aber überwiegen und wir eine schöne Woche hatten: 4/5 Sternen.

Toller Urlaub
Wir haben unsere Tage in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Sauber, gemütlich, super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, kurz über die Straße und man ist am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Appartementhaus fast direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und stillvoll eingerichtet. Sie ist ruhig und ein guter Ausgangs- und Ruhepunkt für schöne Urlaubstage. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin vor dem Urlaub, der Empfang und die Verabschiedung durch die Betreuerin vor Ort waren angenehm und informativ. Es fehlte nichts.

Nette Ferienwohnung in guter Lager. LEIDER war in der Woche wo wir mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort waren der Fahrstuhl defekt, so dass wir den Kinderwagen + zwei Kinder mehrfach am Tag in den zweiten Stock hoch und runter tragen mussten. Dadurch hat die Entspannung leider sehr gelitten. LEIDER kein Entgegenkommen des Vermieters. Personen mit Rollstuhl, hätten den Urlaub quasi in der Ferienwohnung verbringen können. Sonst waren wir mit der Wohnung zufrieden.
