Situated in Estero Island, this attractive house for $269 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Even if you book elsewhere on Fort Myers Beach, I thank you for your patronage to any place you choose to help us get back on our feet after IAN. Everyone on FMB is SO grateful for that! Bless you. Absolutely stunning Canal front home just 3 blocks from Time Square awaits your pleasure. A 5-minute walk to the beach. No reason to get in your car after you arrive with over 20 restaurants/bars within a 1/3 mile walk. Total renovation including new kitchens, baths, lighting, decor, and furniture. This upstairs unit features a large open concept living space with an ultra-modern kitchen, counter height dining, and a huge wall of sliders that open up to the deck in a screened enclosure. Deepwater views abound and you can enjoy your meals at the outdoor table. The Master bedroom has an king bed and ensuite bath, a second bedroom with two Queen beds plus a queen sofa sleeper in the Living Room sectional provide sleeping for 8. There is a large guest bath on this floor as well as a washer and dryer. Large pool and spa right on the canal. The spa is raised so sitting in it you look right down the canal to the bay. So beautiful at night looking at the lights of the bay. You may rent or bring a boat to the dock. There is a one-bedroom apartment below as a separate rental #1226700 which shares the pool. This house is set up for everyone to enjoy. Family-friendly - Great for family get-togethers with pool/spa plus a dock for fishing. There are numerous bars/restaurants within 1/2 mile. We ONLY allow 8 ppl to stay at this unit and only the guests may use the pool. This is NOT a party house. I will not allow friends and family to show up and use the house and the pool unless approved. So if that is your intention, you will be asked to leave without refund. I'm sorry I have to post this but due to recent situations like this I have to. It's not fair to the tenants below nor fair to my house to overload it. I will be getting front and back cameras. No groups of people under 30 yo will be allowed to rent this unit with only a few exceptions. To see the area, PLEASE CHECK OUT the last picture which is a video from a drone. It will show you the location of the house, the street and the Gulf of Mexico. My property manager, if available, does airport pickups and drop-offs to/from RSW and he will make a stop on the way in for groceries/liquor at the Super Walmart if needed. It is $50 for up to 4ppl and $10 per person thereafter. Our weekend getaway!
Awesome getaway house! Everything super clean and nice. Beach was walking distance as well a lot of shopping and eating places. Will definitely rent here again. My whole family enjoy this place. Oh ya the pool was super nice.

Great spot and home
My family of 6 truly enjoyed our stay. Great location as beach access is walkable but was really nice to be right on the canal too. Plus driving to Sanibel was really easy. Owner and property manager were very accommodating and even brought in groceries we had delivered ahead of our stay. If a question came up they were quick to respond via text or email. The home looks newly renovated and the pool was a great place to start the morning or end the day. Would come back if we can!

Surpassed expectations
Usually the pictures on VRBO are dated or the place doesn’t live up to what you see. Not so with Dockside Dream. It was clean, roomier than expected, a great location and the pool/deck area was phenomenal. Was worried about sharing but actually made some new friends by doing so. Just wish I could book 2022 at 2021 prices.

Fresh & Modern Canal Rental
We had a excellent three night stay at this property in March. The owner communicated well, check in was easy and the property was nice and cool upon arrival. The inside is modern, clean and well organized. Overall spacious unit overlooking the canal with newer pool and jacuzzi. Shared pool area with the lower unit was not an issue. Only a 5 minute walk to most restaurants. Quiet location, would stay again.

Beautiful property. Well maintained in a great location. Dave was very accommodating, friendly, and informative. He gave us tips on where to go, things to do, and even where his favorite band plays. The home has everything you need and more. It was like having our own cabin and all we needed to do was bring our clothes. It even had beach things/toys to keep us from being bored. I would definitely stay here again and maybe even longer. We didn't rent a car so Dave picked us up and dropped us off at the airport for a very reasonable fee. If I were to go again I would rent a car to explore other areas. With the tram at the end of the block it is not necessary and there is parking if you have a vehicle. The home is nicely updated and needs nothing. Thanks Maria for letting us stay here and hope to stay here again. Thanks, Jim and Barb.

WE had an excellent moms weekend away! It was the perfect location! We were able to walk or take a short drive to all the close locations and shops. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had! We loved the property!!

What a tropical Oasis this property was. Located right on the canal, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, main strip along the beach. Property was completely updated. Kitchen is beautiful. Lots of countertop space and cabinet space. Pleasantly surprised to see a wine fridge to keep my wine chilled. Pool area is newer and beautiful. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the sun and pool. Maria & Debbie are absolute Gems to work with. Easy check in and out. Would definitely recommend this property.
