It is ideal for a wide range of sporting activities in every season, directly from the front door or with short journeys in the immediate vicinity. You will find numerous cycling and mountain bike trails, hiking, mountain and via ferrata tours, a large-scale Nordic walking and running arena, 2 adventure pools, swimming lakes and a summer toboggan run. In winter you can expect modern lifts, perfectly prepared cross-country trails, toboggan runs, ice rinks, winter hiking trails and much more. All this in the middle of an enchanting landscape with breathtaking mountain scenery! However you want to spend your free time in nature, you have the choice and also the possibility to reach shops, restaurants and other leisure facilities in a few minutes by car. You can grill on the terrace! Parking space incl. On request and if necessary, we are happy to provide information of all kinds! We are also available at any time by phone! ARRIVAL DAYS: in the high season only Friday and Saturday and by appointment CHECK IN / OUT: the times given are for guidance, but can be customized - if possible - individually! In order to get a comprehensive picture of the numerous possibilities of the region upon arrival, we will put up current information brochures and an information folder for you! TRANSPORT: Having your own car is always an advantage for maximum flexibility, but there is also the option of using public transport. (Stop about 8min away) PETS: possible on request OTHER IMPORTANT INFO: Since relaxation and relaxation - as I understand it and appreciate it myself and also want to enable my guests - in the broadest sense also has to do with a radiation-free environment, I consciously forego the offer of TV and WLAN. We (2 adults + dog) spent Christmas at Karin’s and it was absolutely idyllic. The property is well stocked with wood and a fully equipped kitchen. Karin was very attentive and incredibly kind.
We would (and hopefully will) stay at Landblockhaus again soon.

The accomodations were simple but very comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet, the walks in the wood with our dog and the warmth of the fireplace. Everything was clean and in order and the check-in and check out were without issue.
It is very convenient to Seefeld and to the langlauf trails. We would recommend the chalet for those who want to get away, put your phone away and relax.

Excellent stay and absolutely beautiful and very quit environment in the nature around! If something is missing it is an extraction in the kitchen for the smell during cooking - but all the rest - 5 stars!

Vriendelijke gastvrouw, heerlijke winter vakantie gehad. Hebben wifi en televisie geen moment gemist. Goede bedden en verder van alle gemakken voorzien. Komen graag nog een keer t terug.

Wunderbares Häuschen in toller ruhiger Lage und dennoch super Infrastruktur zu Loipe und co. Sehr nette Vermieterin, schnelle und unkomplizierte Antworten und Abwicklung. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Wir haben es mit unseren Kindern sehr genossen. Danke!

Ruhe, Natur pur und Gemütlichkeit
Ein sehr schönes gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Lage. Das Haus ist sehr herzlich eingerichtet und die Küche sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattet. An den kalten Regentagen haben wir es uns im Wohnzimmer am warmen Holzofen gemütlich gemacht und an den schönen Tagen kann man den Garten, die Vögel, Eichhörnchen und die Natur genießen.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! H.S.

Erholung pur
Das Blockhaus ist genau wie auf den Bildern und sehr, sehr sauber! Man hört keinen Straßenlärm und ist mitten in der Natur. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei und haben es genossen, direkt ab dem Haus wandern zu können, ohne jedesmal das Auto benutzen zu müssen.
In der Umgebung gibt es jede Menge Wandermöglichkeiten unterschiedlicher Schwierigkeitsgrade. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Das Haus liegt herrlich ruhig direkt an Wiesen und Wälder grenzend. Sehr sauber. Tolle Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Bei Leutasch und Seefeld kann man viele schöne Wanderungen machen. Allerdings ist man aufs Auto angewiesen.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen kleinen gemütlichen Haus sehr genossen! Die Lage ist perfekt um verschiedene Ausflüge in der Umgebung zu unternehmen und gleichzeitig sich ruhig und entspannt zurückzuziehen. Im Haus ist an alles gedacht, man findet wirklich alles, was man braucht. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind ganz toll! Vielen lieben Dank an sehr freundliche Vermieterin Karin! This was the perfect get-away! The location was exactly what I was looking for. The cabin is conveniently situated between two lovely towns, close to great restaurants and lots of hiking opportunities. You can enjoy the grandeur of the mountains from the front porch or take a short drive to countless opportunities for sightseeing or outdoor pursuits.
The cabin was clean and comfortable and Karin ensured we had everything we needed for a happy trip!

Perfekt
Alles Positive wurde bereits von den Vorgängern beschrieben. Dem ist absolut nichts entgegenzusetzen. Es gibt aber rein gar nichts zu bemängeln. Wir wurden mit unseren beiden Hunden von Karin sehr freundlich empfangen, die Übergabe des Hauses war "kurz und schmerzlos". Wir haben uns sofort zurecht gefunden. Kurz vor unserer Anreise gab es nochmals einen Wintereinbruch und somit waren Loipen und Pisten perfekt. Man mag es kaum glauben, jedoch waren wir im Skigebiet Leutasch-Kreithlift für ganze zwei Stunden alleine auf perfekten Pisten unterwegs. Bis zum Mittag wurde es dann mit insgesamt 5 Personen doch etwas voll ;-)
Zum Schluss möchten wir uns nochmals recht herzlich bei Karin für den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bedanken.

Perfect escape from the world
The house and it's surroundings were just beyond anything we expected. How beautiful the pictures are, reality is even better. The house is short 5 minute drive from Seefeld on a excluded road. The clean air, the view of the mountajns, everything is breath taking. The house itself had everything you need and more. The beds are very comfortable, as is the sofa. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The bathroom has a nice shower. The host was super nice welcoming us, making sure we have everything we need. We had a wonderful week with the kids playing outside non stop, skiing, reading a book in the sun, chopping wood, going on nature walks, feeding squirrels and so on. It was absolutely perfect and I would recommend it to everyone!!

Ruhe am Waldrand
Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, lediglich die Zufahrt ist bei Eis und Schnee eine Herausforderung ohne Allrad, wir haben das Auto stehen gelassen und den Gasthof zu Fuß und den Rest mit dem Bus erledigt ( der abends nicht fährt).
Es war sehr entspannend, durch das große Fenster in die Landschaft zu schauen.

Das Objekt ist sehr gut beschrieben und alles ist sehr sauber; wir haben alles Notwendige vorgefunden und uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt und es ist auf alle Fälle für Ruhe suchende genau das richtige. Auch wir hatten einen sehr netten Kontakt zu Karin (Vermieterin), die über das Handy ständig erreichbar gewesen wäre. Liebe Grüße

we spent a week at the house and it was great. the view is amazing, both out the window and around the house in general. the house it self was absolutely lovely, the interior design was great, and it felt really cosy, the fire place was really nice and brought that special feeling of comfort. the house is very spacious and comfortable with the furniture well kept and very pretty. the only complaint would probably be the lack of wifi in the house, other then that it was perfect

We are a danish/english family and frankly it couldn’t have been more “hygge”.........
My only reservation is letting others know...will definitely be back to Seefeld and will look first for this lovely cottage.

Superior friendly host Karin welcomed us in the lodge, where the fire was already burning. (The fireplace is the main heating source, but everything except filling up with wood, is automatically controlled) The lodge is situated at the end of a gravel road, hidden away from the main road and without any closeby neighbours. Within walking distance you have a small ski lift, cross country tracks and the local guesthouse and restaurant. The large window overseeing the garden is like a big screen tv, Squirrels, birds and other wildlife are active on the terrasse and you can just sit in the living room and enjoy. We had snow, sun, rain and enjoyed the local mountain area. Seefeld is a nice skiing are, and to our surprise, not very crowded even though we spent the easter week there. Great stay and great area!

Lovely cozy cabin with a stunning big window
The photos don't do the place justice at all. Its really quite big with a nice lounge, lovely fire place, 2 ample bedrooms. Its all really retro with 1970s deco and appliances....but it amazing condition, so cool. Its 6 minutes to Seefeld by car, so you do need a car really.
