Situated in Cape Charles, this charming house for $395 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This charming newly-renovated home was built in 1888 and is right in the heart of Cape Charles on a corner lot. It is close to the distillery, park, shops, and the beach! On the 1st floor, you will find a large living area, a parlor, dining area, bathroom and a spacious kitchen. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The 3rd floor attic has recently been finished. It has 2 twin beds and a full bed. It is an open space cooled and heated with a mini split. All mattresses (except the full in the top floor) are memory foam mattresses. **We are still getting up pictures, mirrors, etc. and will update pictures as we do** We will also get updated backyard pictures up too. We are currently re-doing the yard.

Ahren was so helpful with our trip/stay! We enjoyed the home and the town. Clean, comfortable, and relaxing vibes! There was so much space for my family, very cozy space, and there was plenty of room for some alone time here and there. The town is absolutely lovely! Right out of a movie.

Baydream Believer is a quaint, stylish, unique property; a mix of Boho and MCM. We love older homes lovingly restored! The space is inviting and enjoyable. Every room was spacious. The HVAC units worked wonderfully on the first and second floors. The wall unit and small fan on the top floor helped our children get comfortable. This home has a perfect location in Cape Charles! Two blocks to Mason St (main), three blocks to the beach, and just over a block to the wonderful park/playground. We walked or carted everywhere. There was an issue with cleanliness that the owner Ahren was immediately able to address by having the cleaning lady right over. We were impressed by how concerned and quickly responsive Ahren was. We loved having Turkish towels and a full bag of beach toys available as well as the Speakman shower head! Great hostess. We’d surely stay again.

This was our second year staying at Baydream Believer and we had another wonderful week! The house is so beautifully decorated and has a perfect room on the top floor for our kids (ages 9, 7, and 4). There’s a cute reading nook room and everything feels clean and well maintained. It is just a couple blocks from the beach and a couple blocks to the shops so the location is excellent. Ahren and Ryan are so kind and quick to respond if anything comes up. Already can’t wait for our next visit!

Excellent stay in Cape Charles
Our family had a great time staying at Baydream Believer in Cape Charles. The house was exactly as the listing described and was charming, spacious, and in a great location. Our children loved the loft and the short walk to the park. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We love staying here! It is spacious, updated, comfortable and a great location. This was our second trip and the kids can’t wait to come back next year! The owners are so responsive to us when we reach out. Plenty of space to spread out for kids and grownups. Thanks, y’all!

My husband and I rented this property and two of our adult children joined us, one with a partner. We had a great time. We were a few blocks from the beach and two blocks from town. There was enough to do to keep everyone entertained, but still relaxing. We can't wait to go again next summer. None of us wanted to leave.

Excellent stay in a beautiful home - can’t wait to return
We had a great week at Baydream Believer!! The location is perfect (a few blocks from the beach and from main street) and right by the park. The house is clean and beautifully decorated. Our kids (ages 8, 6, and 3) loved the upstairs kids bedroom. The house is well stocked and there are lots of great books for beach reading! We can’t wait to return!!

Incredible Property, Fabulous Management
We had a fabulous stay at the Baydream Believer to wrap up spring break and my maternity leave! We had two families - 4 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of extra space. Cape Charles is so charming and everything was accessible by foot from the house (though we did rent a golf cart which the kids thought was a blast)! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and Ahren was incredibly communicative (she even let us know when the cleaners were finished so we could check in early). We definitely plan to return!

We just came back from a perfect, long weekend getaway at Baydream Believer. It is the nicest place we have stayed at Cap Charles and we go as often as we can. The house is very well maintained, even bigger than the photos suggest, warm and inviting. A Wonderful Place To Stay!
We just came back from a perfect, long weekend getaway at Baydream Believer. It is the nicest place we have stayed at Cap Charles and we go as often as we can. The house is very well maintained, even bigger than the photos suggest, warm and inviting. The best!
We had the best stay. The house is adorable, clean, spacious, and has nice thoughtful touches like night lights and sound machines in the rooms. The kids loved the space upstairs and there was more than enough room for everybody. It’s an easy walk to the beach and a quick walk to store and restaurants. There is even a park about a block away. The hosts were so helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We can’t wait to come back!!

Bay Dream Believers!
The Bay Dream Believer was everything that we hoped! Immaculately clean, comfortable beds, and cosy linens. Small details as well that are simple yet so helpful. (i.e. sound machines in all the bedrooms, nightlights in the hallways and bedrooms.)
House is located right down the street from the beach and the main st. Great place for bringing kids. Our son loved riding his scooter through the neighborhood.

A Dream Come True!
We loved our stay at Baydream Believer! The house is spacious, modern, clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. Ahren and Ryan were amazing hosts and have thought of every little detail to make your stay in their home an enjoyable one. The beach is nearby, as is the quaint downtown Cape Charles. We loved that everything was within walking distance and enjoyed trips down the street for ice cream, shaved ice, dining, and shopping when we weren't at the beach. We will be back!

Wonderful Property
The house was perfect for a family of 4 and a set of grandparents. The house is well decorated - bright and airy. My girls could have spent all day playing in the attic bedroom! We had plenty of space for us to eat together and have a family movie night comfortably. We did lots of reading on both porches. Beach sand was easy to clean off outside. We live the downstairs hook closet. Bath towel hooks in the bedrooms are needed and a brighter light in the dining room for puzzles or evening games. We truly loved the house. Thanks for letting us stay!

Amazing Getaway!
This gorgeous home is perfect for a get-away — whether it is a family, group of friends, a couple, or individual! The beautifully decorated home is updated and spacious! The owner is amazing and is easy to get in touch with as she wants to make your stay perfect! She adds so many extra touches in the house! We fell in love with this quaint town and adorable house! We will definitely be returning for another visit!

We absolutely loved our 2-night stay at Ryan and Ahren's house in Cape Charles! Their house was beautiful, fresh, clean, comfortable, well-equipped, relaxing. They are thoughtful and caring and accommodating hosts. We'd love to stay here again sometime, and will definitely recommend it to our friends!
