I really liked the service from Helle and the other lady we dealt with. Both were extremely friendly and service minded.
As I said, I liked our room, I like that there are large common spaces and I like the proximity to our family who live in Tune.
We had two rooms. My husband and mine was nice. The bathroom was basic but everything was clean and nice.
Our sons' bathroom was lacking a p-trap (vandlås) in which caused a smell of rotten water from the drain of the sink in the bathroom. Given that a vandlås is mandated by building code I find it unsatiesfactory that it wasn't there and the smell of rotten water was not pleasant. We tried to fill water in the drain but without the vandlås this is not a fix to the problem and the smell persisted. We didn't report the problem because our stay was over Christmas and the olace was unmanned, and we didn't know if a smell of rotten water would constitute enough of an emergency situation to use the emergency telephone number provided Hinsight, maybe we should have made someone aware of the problem as I am not really fond of just complaining in a review when not having given the place a chance to fix the problem.
I do think that both of our bathrooms could do with an update.
The pillows are really not of a good quality. My neck jammed because of the poor quality pillow but I read on your website that one could have asked for neck friendly pillows which I didn't know and we didn't ask for it.

The common area is nice.
Very very hot. The thin curtain is totally useless.
There is not a door for the shower area so you’ll get everything outside wet.
No elevator.
