Struttura vicina al lungo mare di Argassi, dove ci sono market, ristoranti e rent car, scooter e quad. Presente una piscina, abbastanza pulita ma di cui non ho usufruito. C’è l’aria condizionata, un piccolo frigo ed una tv smart ( ma la connessione internet spesso era lentissima anche per gli smartphone). Nonostante la vicinanza alla movida del posto, la posizione è in una zona strategica e silenziosa.
Doccia piccola e walk in, praticamente si bagna tutto fino al wc posto nelle vicinanze, assenza bidet. Non so se erano previste le pulizie, ma delle piccole pietre presenti nel bagno sono rimaste per tutto il periodo.

De locatie net buiten drukke centrum van Argassi is perfect. Het zwembad is heerlijk. De bedden liggen heerlijk. Het is heel schoon en personeel is vriendelijk, we hadden wat problemen met de sleutel, maar dat werd meteen opgelost.
Het is allemaal wel wat verouderd; de kamers, badkamers, ligstoelen. Het is niet heel gezellig ingericht, beetje kaal en alleen maar felle lampen, geen sfeerverlichting. Er hing in onze kamer (7) een vieze geur die er ook niet echt uitging. De airco gaat meteen uit als je de balkondeur open doet. De keuken stelt niet veel voor, eigenlijk alleen geschikt om koffie te zetten.

Location. Modern clean finish, great views, accessibility to Argasio. Good air conditioning. Good Wi-Fi (if you can get the code). Daily room cleaning. Apartment complex NEXT DOOR that had nice pool, pool bar, and English speaking staff who are very happy for you to use their facilities.
BEWARE, Kostas wanted CASH to cover the cost of the room ON ARRIVAL. He, like many other establishments only take cash (Greece has 24% VAT!). We were not expecting a demand for cash only and this proved very expensive as we had to use ATMs and our credit cards to get enough cash. My card was then blocked due to suspicious activity! We were double booked on the first night and had to stay elsewhere, (to be fair we did get advanced warning). Kostas spoke no English whatsoever so Google translate or some other translator is vital. Particularly as there are no instructions for the room and you have to ask him for verbal instructions for WiFi code, instructions for the safe etc. They advertise satellite television but the signal is useless so in reality it doesn’t work. Finally we had no hot water for three days which we did not bother to mention due to the language barrier and the weather was so hot anyway. Whilst the property is in a good location and Kostas tried his best to be hospitable this is not suitable for your average English speaking tourist.
