Nestled in Venice Gardens, this lovely house for $123 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Relax in our beautiful South Venice pool home just 10 minutes from Venice Beach and downtown Venice with the theater, shops and restaurants! Be in the middle of it all in minutes without sacrificing privacy and the ability to stretch out. This beautifully decorated South Venice fenced (heat optional) pool home with patio screening has everything you need including privacy and a garage! Fido friendly with pet fee (please ask first). Venice Pool Highlights: Heat Optional Pool Screened Updates: May 2023 added Smart TV, YouTube TV, New Router, 2 New Gravity Loungers, New Dishwasher Master has King Bed, Access to Pool Guest Bedroom Queen Bed Main Bathroom Updated with Tub/Shower 2nd Bath has Tiled Shower Private Laundry Garage Beach Accessories Included (towels, beach cart, umbrella, chairs) Fido Friendly with Pre-Approval and Fee NOTE: BOOKING JANUARY, FEBRUARY OR MARCH? Please book whole months only not mid-month to mid-month. This is a monthly minimum property and we don't want to be empty for part of the time. Booking February 1 - February 29? Fine. Want to book February 15 - March 15? Not okay. Please ask first if you are unsure. We will try and work with you. The living room has an open floor plan with plenty of comfortable seating. All of the furniture was done with an eye towards comfort and relaxation. Just added (5/2023) new Smart TV with YouTube TV added, new router for WiFi throughout, enables you to stay connected and a living room desk provides space to take care of business while you are here. There is an equipped kitchen with stove/oven combo, a microwave, new dishwasher and tile floors with dining right off the kitchen or comfortable dining off the lanai. Whip up a home-cooked meal anytime you please. The dining space overlooks the beautiful heat optional pool with comfortable backed chairs for 6. A bight and open split floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms sits right in South Venice with easy access to shopping and all things you may need. The garage has a one car space and direct access off of the kitchen making it easy to bring in your groceries. Please note that currently the garage does not automatically open so you will have to open it yourself (just like old times). There is a full sized private washer and dryer in the garage available for your use. Just outside the enclosed lanai is a patio with additional seating. The lanai has plenty of space for both lounging and dining and the sparkling clean pool can be heated for an extra fee. Water supply is well water. Property has 1,000 square feet under air and 1,470 square feet including the garage and patio. No TV's in the bedrooms. 4 minutes to Frank Theaters a local movie theater. 5 minutes to Detwiler's Farm Market - your go to for fresh fruits and veggies, a butcher and a seafood market. For fresh food, nothing beats it. 10 minutes to the beach. 5 minutes to Shamrock Park by car or 8 minutes by bike. If approved to bring your fur baby, please note that the fenced yard is no guarantee that your dog cannot escape. Brohard Paw Park is a wonderful beach for dogs and their owners is only 10 minutes away. Hoses at the park to wash the sand from your dog after a fun day of play so you can keep your car clean. All pets must be approved so reach out to us first. This property allows 1 dog. For approved pets, there is an a nonrefundable pet fee of $300 plus taxes and processing fee for 1 pet. Make sure to pick up after your dog.

Disappointed about TV/Cable as is was very very old and no DVR , Xfinity. Also only one TV. Dishwasher did not function adequately, only one chase lounge by pool, Toaster oven very old. Location of property not what we were expecting but the location to everything was great. Bathrooms were upgraded and nice as was the pool.

From the moment we checked in, up until we checked out, iTrip was hands down the best company we have ever rented from. This house had it all, and the management team that we communicated with was stellar. This house is in prime location to all, and the neighborhood is quiet, and safe. The home has it all, from kitchen appliances, to the screened in lanai with the cleanest pool I have ever seen. The maintenance man Roy, and the pool guy John were so wonderful. The backyard had all the privacy you could ever want. The house has equipment to use at the beach to lounge and to find sharks teeth. This house allowed us to make memories that will last a life time. You will not regret booking this place. We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you iTrip and the person/persons I was in communication with via text. You really made our stay easy and carefree. We will definitely book with this company again.

I can say to anyone considering staying here that they will not be disappointed. The house has everything you might need for a great vacation. I always rent a house when I go to Florida. This one checks all the boxes and then some. It has more to offer than any other I've rented and the location is perfect. Loved it!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood in south Venice. Nice screened in pool and fenced yard for the dog. Walk/bike to dinner at restaurants along 41 or to Shamrock Park. Easy bike ride to Legacy trail and Venice Waterway Park trail. Management company very responsive to the few small requests we had. Renters can use the ferry to Casperson beach for $50 monthly fee. Enjoy!

Nice House, location okay, Bathrooms were not Good. Main bath with tub was difficult to shower in as extremely slippery and dangerous. Second bathroom shower was too small. Water in House is well-water and was foul tasting. Had to buy bottle water for drinking and cooking. Pool and patio where Lovely.

This is our fourth vacation in Venice. This first time rental with you is a great experience and is pet friendly. The house is exactly as stated on the internet. Very clean, many extras provided and the pool is wonderful. We will be renting from you again.

Great location to several beaches and equipped with beach chairs and umbrella. Nice pool. Paid for pool to be heated a week b4 we arrived. On arrival pool heat had not been turned on. Next day maintenance person turned on but still did not heat . 5 days after our arrival pool was repaired. Did receive free pool heat for the next 2 weeks.

House has less than 100sf living space, while represented as over 1500sf. Pool marginally clean. Neighbor's dog barking uncontrolled. Well stocked for kitchen. Nice neighbors. Feels safe. But house is very very small and management company not responsive. Pictures do NOT represent the property accurately.
