Situated in Launceston, this lovely house for $155 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Penfold Cottage has 3 bedrooms with a queen and bunks in each room. It has an open living area with a reverse cycle system and oils heaters in each of the bedrooms. There is plenty of flat off street parking and a secure yard. Penfold has NBN Wifi. All the queen sheets are supplied by a professional linen service and the remaining linen is laundered in our private commercial washer at 65 degrees. Our cleaners use commercial grade products. Guests have access to the entire property.

Property was spotlessly clean, there was plenty of room for 3 adults. The location was very convenient.

We ( grandparents, mum , dad & 3 boys came for national school track & field championships. Location was great, close to city, parks & not far from competing stadium. However being in a light industrial area the noise of trucks & one night a street racer was not greatly for sleeping. The cottage was comfortable for such a large number. Would hire again.

Really nice house with very attractive rooms. Very comfortable living area. We were only 2 adults but it would be amazing value for larger groups. Most impressive was our dog was allowed to stay.

Perfect property for our situation. Warm & cosy, everything we needed was there, and fully fenced for the dogs. Only issue was the traffic noise at night but ear plugs fixed that. Would definitely return.

It was a lovely house. However, I did come across a few issues. Upon arrival I noticed there were other pets feces everywhere outside. And a month after our short stay, my dog went in for his regular grooming, my dog groomer told me he now has fleas. I now have to organise pest control to flea bomb my whole house, and get my carpets and furniture steam cleaned and sanitised. It was a costly stay :(

This property worked well for myself, my 2 teen/adult sons, my adult niece and nephew and 2 dogs. Spacious rooms in the home. Lovely neat kitchen and bathroom. Fully fenced garden and a fabulous walk for the dogs nearby. The 2nd bathroom is a toilet, trough and hairdryer in the outside laundry. Great heat pump in living/dining but bedrooms are cold and heating inadequate for size of rooms and height of ceilings. Quite a bit of traffic noise. Overall, great for our purposes and extra special bonus being pet friendly. Thank you Emma and Dale, Penfold Cottage was very good for our overnight stay.

We required accommodation for an overnight work trip that allowed pets, and this property suited all of our needs, the pooch loved checking out the yard and the the lovely recliners and beds were all very comfortable. It was one of the coldest nights in Launceston for the year this particular night and needed to have the supplied heaters and reverse cycle all going at once. Did have to chase up with the host the day of our stay regarding they key, and received a promt respose. But otherwise clean, tidy and comfortable. Thank you, will stay again and recommend.

Conmunication can be improved, keeping confirmation closed to ETA adds unecessary stress specially if you are travelling around Tassie. Central location so mornings are a bit noisy with industrial vehicles moving around. Other than that everything is fantastic. I gave it 3 stars for the surrounding noise at 6am. Definitely would recommend.
