About this condo rental
Nestled in Langeoog, this charming condo for $112 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. IMMEDIATELY: COMPLETELY NEW KITCHEN WITH DISHWASHER! ALSO NEW MATTRESSES IN THE PARENT'S BEDROOM WITH 2 INDIVIDUAL HARDNESS GRADES AT THE REQUEST OF OUR GUESTS. Charming ground floor apartment with a maritime flair just a few minutes' walk from the town center and the beach. Take a look at the numerous photos and see for yourself! The 63m2 holiday home (3 rooms) is located in a quiet residential street at the beginning of Fritz-Reuter Strasse. The apartment has two bedrooms and a total of 4 beds. A room with a double bed (180x200) and a room with two single beds (each 80x200). The living room is bright and friendly thanks to the wide window front and equipped with a large sofa corner, long dining table and modern LED TV and a radio. In the kitchen you will find a coffee filter machine as well as a capsule coffee machine (DolceGusto), kettle and toaster in addition to the usual features such as a dishwasher, oven, stove and fridge. No microwave. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Washer and dryer are in the basement of the house and are available by inserting a coin. The house has bicycle parking spaces in front of the entrance and a barbecue area in the garden area. There is a travel cot and a high chair for babies. Duvet or similar and bedding for the baby travel bed should be brought along. Inquire separately. There is also free WiFi access. The rental price includes the costs for final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels. For short breaks of less than 6 nights, individual price agreements apply. Please do not hesitate to ask if you find fewer days than the minimum stay between two booked periods. Smoking and pets are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE: To ensure optimal cleaning of the apartment, it is unfortunately not possible to leave and arrive on the same day. We therefore ask you to take this into account when making your inquiry if the adjacent days are already blocked. After a successful booking, you will receive a rental contract from us for signature and for your documents, which you should send back to us within a week. The Inselkoje is looking forward to your visit!

Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt im Urlaub. Die Wohnung bietet alles was benötigt wird.
Großer Kühlschrank inkl Gefrierfächer und auch eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und es kam direkt Urlaubsfeeling auf.
Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Im Haus ist es sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist vom Bahnhof und bis zum Strand bzw. der Ortmitte gut zu erreichen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll und wunderschön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.
Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es für die Sauberkeit - zu aller erst haben wir durchgesaugt der der Boden noch sehr krümelig war und auch der Dusche sieht man die regelmäßige Nutzung an!
Ansonsten die Lage ist perfekt und auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wirklich eine ganz tolle und gemütliche Ferienwohnung die wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung lädt einfach zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen ein. Sehr modern, liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Top Matratzen im Elternschlafzimmer! Leider hatten wir zum.Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts eine Ameisenplage(fliegende Ameisen auf der Insel) , wodurch die Ameisen leider auch im Kinderzimmer waren. Das war nicht so angenehm. Ansonsten gerne wieder. Danke!

Wohnung mit Wohlfühlfaktor
Sehr schöne, stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung.
Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben schon recht viele Ferienwohnungen gebucht und mussten immer wieder feststellen, dass hier sehr viel "zusammengewürfelt" wurde. Hier passte alles; vom Geschirr, Besteck, Deko, etc.etc.
Lediglich ein Stern abzug, weil das Badezimmer ziemlich klein und eng ist.
Ist aber eventuell auch meiner Körpergröße (>200cm) geschuldet. Ansonsten auch hier gut ausgetattet.
Wen es nicht stört, in einem "normalen Wohnhaus" Urlaub zu machen - es fehlt halt so ein wenig der Flair einer Pension oder eines Hotels - der ist mit der Inselkoje bestens beraten.

Entschleunigung pur
Meine Frau und ich haben hier im November 2018 unsere "Herbst Entschleunigungs-Woche" verbracht. Nachteil: es wird früh dunkel. Vorteil: man ist nur einer von wenigen weiteren Touristen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr nett und hell eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht - auch Tagesdecken zum gemütlichen Teetrinken in den Abendstunden (im November wird es früh dunkel). Der Wohn-/Essraum ist sehr geräumig, die Küche klein, aber bis auf eine Spülmaschine komplett eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer besteht aus einem Doppelbett mit (leider) nicht mehr ganz guten Matratzen, einer Kommode und 2 (!) Kleiderschränken. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist kleiner mit 2 Einzelbetten und einem geräumigen Schrank. Das Bad ist auch relativ klein mit einer etwas engen Dusche - alles sauber und ordentlich.
Die zum Hauseingang gerichteten Schlafzimmerfenster sind im November zwar nicht das Problem, aber die Bautätigkeit im Winter. Man sollte sich also für einen Winterurlaub auf Langeoog vorher erkundigen, ob in der Nachbarschaft gebaut wird. Wir wurden an den Wochentagen kurz nach Sieben von Kreissägen und Schlagbohrmaschinen geweckt.
Insgesamt haben wir uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.

Liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden. die Matratzen müssten Mal ausgewechselt werden da sie schon recht durchgelegen sind. Sonst alles top.

Schöne, helle und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung
Nachdem die Anreise gemeistert war (mehr zeitlich als organisatorisch) konnte die Entspannung kommen und sie kam. Da wir uns vorher nicht auf Langeoog auskannten waren wir während des Urlaubes zunehmend begeistert über die Lage der Wohung und die Ausstattung mit Stranduntensilien war speziell für unsere Kinder ein Highlight.
Die Abwicklung lief komplett einwandfrei und bekanntlich gibt es kein schlechtes Wetter an der Küste oder auf den Inseln. Viel erlebt, viel entspannt und die Wohung hat dazu beigetragen - da wir den letzten Stern bis jetzt noch für das "Unglaublichste was vielleicht noch kommt" aufgehoben haben ist das nicht als Mangel an der Wohnung zu sehen!!!!
