This unit is 3 blocks( 5 -8 min walk) from the beach, boardwalk, water park, amusement park, bay area, water sports, grocery store, restaurants, and a lot of other fun stuff! Beautiful and UNIQUE house, why do I say unique ?? Because we have 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms and 2 dining areas!! That works wonderfully well with 2 or 3 families on vacation together. This 3 stories house has 5 bedrooms 3 and a 1/2 bath( 3 queen beds, 4 twin beds, and 4 lightweight, portable memory foam mattresses that can be put on the floor in any one of the rooms as needed), equipped with comfortable and stylish furnishings to make your much-deserved vacation a relaxing and enjoyable one! For your convenience, this house has 2 zones, central air, and once in a while if the AC is ineffective we provide window AC units to keep you cool and comfortable. PLEASE NOTE YOU CANNOT USE THE CENTRAL AIR AND THE WINDOW UNITS TOGETHER, IT WILL CAUSE AN OVERLOAD AND WE WILL LOSE POWER. please use one or the other.
