Located in Ocean City, this lovely condo for $733 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Beautiful NEW construction (2018) is located in the heart of downtown Ocean City NJ. This is a first-floor condo located in the historic district on Wesley Ave. between 8th & 9th St. Leave your car(s) in the garage (and driveway) because you won't need to drive anywhere. This convenient location is in walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, mini golf, water slides, Castaway Cove & Gillian's Wonderland Pier amusements, restaurants, Wawa, Starbucks, grocery stores, Asbury Ave shopping district and so much more. You will have plenty of room for the whole family with 6 bedrooms (bunk room on ground floor) and 3 Full bathrooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV's and the main living area boasts a 55-inch flat screen. This brand new house is loaded with all the amenities that you need for a great vacation: Key-less entry, 8 Beach tags and 8 beach chairs, Keurig AND regular coffee maker, and enclosed outdoor shower. The gourmet kitchen is nicely equipped with all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It contains all necessities needed to make a big family meal which can be enjoyed inside in the dining area or al fresco style out on the spacious front patio. After a long day on the beach, there is nothing better than enjoying the warm patio breezes sprawled out on the couch while you sip wine or stretch out for a little cat nap. You won't be disappointed booking your next family vacation in this NEW well-appointed home, located in the most sought after location in downtown Ocean City. TOWELS AND LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED (however we can offer you a linen service for an additional fee)! Check-in is 3 pm and check out is 10 am. We only rent Saturday to Saturday during the summer season. ABSOLUTELY NO SENIOR WEEKS OR PROM WEEKENDS.

Property was better than advertised. We just love the layout of the house. Plenty of space for everyone. The amenities were fantastic! There is no way to beat this location in Ocean City. Just booked this property ASAP. Don’t let this one get away.

We just completed a wonderful week at this house. The property comfortably housed our 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The property is well appointed with a great front covered porch. Even on days when the boardwalk heat was oppresive, the house's front porch always seemed to have a ocean breeze! The property managers were responsive and friendly. We had no issues at all with our stay and hope to stay there again. The property location is perfect. It's an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. It is 1 block away from the main shopping drag on Asbury and a slew of good restaurants. Perfect!

Took family to Ocean City to go back in time. Vacationed here every summer as a kid and lived here in the early 60's. The house was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible to all activities. We did not have problem with the house and didn't have to contact the Rojohn's for anything. Rent or bring bikes to enjoy the boardwalk in the morning and to have access to grocery store and cafes without having to drive your car. The big draw will be the front porch. We spent more time there then we did inside. Able to visit and eat at those cafes and restaurants that were there back in the 60's.
We live on the beach in South Carolina and my family and especially the grandkids want to go back. The vote was to stay in this house again when we schedule a vacation in the future.
Best time enjoyed by all and the house was a big part of that.

This house is absolutely stunning! There were 14 ladies (family and friends) spending a weekend together, and we had the most amazing time. We were all comfortable. The home is in the perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. The house was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. Our stay in this house was truly a treat! I would highly recommend this home, and would love to stay here again in the future.

The house was immaculate, the area is family and pet friendly. The house is walking distance to the board walk shops restaurants A short drive to the casinos. The outdoor patio was large it has two seating areas to just sit and relax. The environment was so peaceful. We never turned the televisions on. I recommend this VRBO. To anyone wanting a beautiful relaxing peaceful vacation.

This house is an overall great property. The owners were very responsive to all inquiries from the beginning to the end. The house is exactly as it is listed so there were no surprises. The only thing I found cumbersome was the parking. It is on a busy Main Street in downtown OC so we had to park in the back of the house, which was not clearly represented. Eventually, we figured out that you have to drive into the alley behind the house to park in the garage and driveway. Also, I thought we were the only renters of the house at the time but learned there was a third floor above us that was also rented out. The running around upstairs made for an interruptive night and morning but that's not within the owner's control and not enough to give negative reviews. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and accommodating. I would rent this property again mainly because of the location. It is walking distance to all OC has to offer.

Our family had a wonderful week’s vacation in Ocean City. The rental house at 832 Wesley was perfect for our family of 14. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk (4 blocks) was ideal. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the large front porch with comfortable seating and dining areas.
Our only disappointment was the need to bring all of our own linens. Half of our family flew to Ocean City so the other half had to bring linens for everyone which made packing and laundry after we returned home quite an inconvenience for those families. All other homes we had previously rented supplied the linens.

We had a great week at the shore. The place in Ocean City was exactly what we hoped for. It is perfect for three generation family reunion. It was clean, and as advertised as it was online. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we didn’t want for anything.
The front porch was incredible, and where we spent every evening having dinner. Quite frankly the front porch makes the entire place worth it. Thanks Helping make our family reunion more enjoyable, I highly recommend this place.
