It had a very good location overlooking the sea. The restaurant was comfortable and the food was excellent.
The bedroom was smaller than we would have liked.

Great location, lovely food and friendly staff.
Room was looking scruffy, especially the bathroom. Bed was very hard, for us.

The view over Lossiemouth bay was fabulous.
The staff were great, very friendly and helpful.
We had breakfast each morning which was freshly made to order, thanks Sarah, and we did eat in the restaurant which had a varied menu and the food was delicious. I would recommend a stay at this hotel. We also were glad that there was on-street parking which was free.
I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel

The view was amazing, staff were extremely friendly
It was nowhere near a king sized room. The light over the bed didn't work, the curtains didn't cover the window fully and there was an awful noise from the toilet.
