Our 5 star holiday home SILVAMARE warmly welcomes you! You can expect a holiday home with sophisticated equipment: sauna, whirlpool, air conditioning, 3 bedrooms (6 pers.), 2 bathrooms, 40 sqm terrace and loggia with a direct view of the Juliusruh spa park. The loggia invites you to relax after visiting the sauna, or enjoy a glass of wine there before bed. The 10 km long beach of the Schaabe is only 350m from the house. There are several restaurants in the vicinity. Shops can be found in Altenkirchen 2km and Glowe 8km from the house.

My family and I had the privilege of staying at this rental for a month over the Christmas and New Year holidays. This home was an absolute gem! The kitchen is well-equipped for everything we needed over the month. We often cooked at home and never had a moment when we lacked the tools to make a tasty meal. The interior of the home is spacious and well-planned for family time. The washer and dryer were terrific and worked well. The sauna was such a treat after playing outside in the cold winter air. The beds were comfortable.
The location of Silvamare is fantastic! Our children spent hours exploring the park across the street and when it snowed, we had a blast building a snowman in the yard. The yard has easy access to the park and walking trails behind the house. We loved being able to so easily access nature and quickly walk to the strand.
There are two grocery stores nearby, as well as a department store for anything you may need.
If you want to go hiking, this home is also near many magical trails!
This home was wonderful. Kersten, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions we had and the caretaker was also very helpful. We highly recommend Silvamare and should we ever be lucky enough to spend a month in Rugen again, we would definitely rent this home again. It was absolutely wonderful!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und schön. Der angrenzende Teich unterstreicht die Idylle des Ortes. Leider sind wohl einige Nutzer in den Jahren nicht pfleglich mit dem Objekt umgegangen. Es müsste z.B. die Couch gereinigt oder umgetauscht werden. Hier und da gibt es kleine Ausbesserungen, die behoben werden müssten. Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich aber meine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Wir waren April 2022 für eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus zu Gast. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung toll und die Lage ist prima. Bis zur Ostsee sind es nur wenige Minuten zu laufen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Mieter beziehungsweise dem Verwalter lief problemlos. Wir können dieses Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.
