Nestled in North Beach Haven, this lovely house for $978 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Beautifully updated home with over 3500 sq ft of living space only one block from LBI's famed beaches. Located in the highly sought after neighborhood of Haven Beach, this home is just steps away from hot spots such as Blue Water Cafe, Jersey Girls, Black Sheep Yoga Studio, Sink R Swim, and Nardis Tavern. Amenities include: brilliantly updated gourmet kitchen that impresses with stainless steel appliances, beautiful new quartz countertops, wall oven, built-in microwave, a center island with a built-in wine refrigerator and a custom wine rack. Boasting 6 decks including a rooftop deck perfect for soaking in LBI's famous sunsets over Barnegat Bay after a long day at the beach. First floor begins with the secondary family room and two bedrooms with a jack and jill bath. Second floor offers 3 bedrooms including the Jr Master. The oversized includes a King sized bed, private deck and jacuzzi tub. Secluded backyard with two outdoor showers and grill is perfect for your summer barbecue. Location and size were perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of space and beds to comfortably enjoy our weekend. Beyond the size and location of the property, there wasn't much else to compliment. Any prospective renter should be aware there are many upkeep issues that need to be addressed at the property. The house was not clean when we arrived, but the cleanliness of the floors / house was the least of the issues. The backyard patio space was not as pictured in the listing - there were full garbage cans left from the last group that smelled terrible and garbage located all over the back and side of the house that made us avoid using the back patio area at all. The oven door nearly fell off when we tried using it and the oven interior looked as if it had never been cleaned. The refrigerator hinges we also broken with exposed wires hanging out the top. In the master bedroom, there was a shattered sliding glass door that the owner is aware of but had not repaired ahead of our visit. The grill fired up fine but the handle fell off before we could even start grilling anything. Overall our group was disappointed in all of the upkeep issues we experienced with this house and, although we loved our time in LBI, we would avoid staying here in the future.

Great beach house

Perfect for large group!
We were two families of five, and this was the perfect set up for us! The layout of the home is fantastic - we had plenty of space and never felt we were in each others' way. Just two short blocks to the beach, and 2 short blocks to the bay - perfect for viewing the sunrise and sunset. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The owner is very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to emails. Highly recommend!

Perfect
We had a hard time finding the right configuration for our entire family and this house was not only beautiful it was perfect. We loved everything about it. The house was also stocked with everything we could have needed and more. Don was so easy to communicate with. We loved our stay and would definitely rent this house again.

The beach is a short walk away. Clearly a winning combination worthy of my repeat business.

Beautiful views, huge rooms-all freshly decorated. New TV in the living room and the amenities are second to none. We had 10 people in the house and were very comfortable. We were able to hang out together in the huge living room or go off by ourselves to the lower family room or out onto one of the many decks. The one on the roof has spectacular views of both the ocean and bay. I spent many hours up there listening to music--there is a sound system that goes throughout the house, taking pictures and even just watching the sunset while having a beer.
The owner is very easy to get a long with and great with communication.
I would highly recommend this house.

This home is beautiful, *extra* clean, close to the beach and able to accommodate our large group. The home is very well appointed, exactly like you see in the photos on the listing. This home is beautiful, *extra* clean, close to the beach and able to accommodate our large group. The home is very well appointed, exactly like you see in the photos on the listing. The kitchen is impressive and the layout offered plenty of open space. It has everything you need and more. The owner was terrific on the follow through, professional, and friendly. GREAT FAMILY VACATION!
My family and I are just back from our vacation in LBI and I can"t boast enough about this property we rented. Our week in LBI was great and this house made it perfect! My family of 7 adults and 3 children were very comfortable in this house with lots of room to spare. The house was very clean and its description was exactly as we expected. The views from the roof deck was of the bay and the ocean. One nite, we fully took advantage of using the beautiful back deck off the kitchen and grilled all evening using the gas grill. I highly recomend this property to any large family looking for a very relaxing vacation in a very spacious home. My family and I are definitely thinking of renting this house again for our next LBI vacation!! DDP

An Awesome Vacation!
my family and I spent a week at this property in LBI - it is everything you could ask for and more! With 11 adults and 5 children under the age of 4 - the house was big enough and comfortable enough to let us all enjoy time together, and time apart. The bottom floor is great for children - with a separate fridge/sink and tv to keep them out of the way when necessary. And the place was spotless, impeccably decorated and spacious! We would definitely go back!
