About this house rental
A beautiful oceanfront home, with private steps to the beach, is waiting for you to enjoy your vacation. The changing of the tides is always something everyone always enjoys! The views from this home are fantastic! Renters bring their own sheets and towels. It is a non smoking property and no pets are allowed. There is a nice hot/cold outdoor shower under the deck for use after the beach or anytime, which also keeps the house free of sand.
The views from this home are absolutely spectacular (Wood Island Lighthouse, small islands, ducks, kayakers and boats moored close by). Watching the changing of the tides is absolutely amazing!!! From the house, walking down private steps to the beach is one minute! Downtown Biddeford has become a destination now by many.
Kennebunkport is only 20 minutes away going south and Ogunquit which is also a quaint town to walk around is about 35 minutes away(south). Portland (going northeast) is a fantastic town to explore and driving is about 35 minutes. If discount shopping is your pleasure, Freeport, Maine is about 40 minutes away. Wonderful restaurants are in Biddeford, and areas close by. After either spending time at the beach, relaxing on the deck or exploring the surrounding area, being back at this home with this absolutely fantastic location is a great place to rest up after a busy day (many people do not want to even leave the location because it is so wonderful) This year round home offers beautiful views in all seasons. The Master bedroom (queen bed) is on the first floor with the full bathroom nearby. Two additional bedrooms each with 2 twin beds are on the second floor with a half bath in the hall. This home has oak hardwood floors, area rugs and ceramic tile floors and a beautiful IPE wooden deck which is off the living/dining area overlooking the water.
Enjoy the beauty and sounds of the ocean at your doorstep. Watch the seagulls and look out at the lighthouse and in the summer, there are many moored boats for your viewing pleasure. You can't get much closer than this to the water!!! During the day, enjoy the beach with your own stone steps with a handrail directly from this home.

Our family has nothing but good things to say about this property. It's location gives you access to a fantastic beach that is immediately adjacent to the house. The family room and dining area are co-located in one big open space that has a wall of windows giving you spectacular views of the beach, islands, anchored boats and a light house. It has a deck spanning the back of the house with the same views. The place was well maintained and very clean. The kitchen was well provisioned. Couldn't of asked for a better place.

Wonderful property right on the water in Biddeford Pool. The location is a hidden gem and Dianne’s home is a wonderful place to enjoy it. Awesome water views, stocked kitchen, beautiful yard, was exactly as advertised. We’ll definitely be back with our two young kids!

Such a beautiful spot and can’t find better beach combing at low tide. Perfect for a couple or small group up to six. Everything you need is there and we rented kayaks for even more fun. Can pull them up from the beach

Just returned from spending the week at this beautiful property. The location was amazing...we had steps to the lovely beach which turned out to be very private...only a few other people ever there. 180 degree ocean views...we could walk to some islands during low tide and our son and his family found clams and sand dollars. The home was lovely, the owners were excellent to deal with and we will be returning there again next year. Absolutely perfect vacation.
