About this house rental
We offer space for 9 people in our neat and comfortable house on approx. 200 m². On the ground floor there is a cozy living / dining room with TV (satellite reception) as well as a spacious open kitchen (with fridge and freezer, stove, oven, coffee machine and microwave oven) and a toilet. On the 1st floor there are 2 of the 4 bedrooms (2 of them with approx. 19m² each, 2 bedrooms with approx. 15m² each), bathroom with bathtub and shower and toilet, 1 bathroom with shower. 2 further bedrooms can be found on the 2nd floor. You will also find space for fun and relaxing hours in our spacious basement bar with sauna, wellness shower and relaxation area.
Our large terrace and the garden offer space to relax. Since our property is completely fenced, there is sufficient and safe play area for our little guests.
The ski bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the house (approx. 50m). The center of Kirchberg and numerous restaurants and bars can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

Tolles Haus für eine große Familie oder eine Reise mit Freunden. Das Haus liegt mitten im Ort, der Garten ist aber trotzdem ruhig. Er ist umzäunt, sodass auch kleine Kinder ohne Bedenken im Garten spielen können.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Heel fijne vakantie gehad in Ferienhaus Staffner! Mooie ruime slaapkamers en voldoende douches(3).
Skibus bijna voor de deur en eigen parkeerplaatsen voor de auto’s.
Het huis staat in de hoofdstraat en daar is druk verkeer. Ze rijden er met name erg hard door het mooie dorp vonden wij.
Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, alleen het fornuis en de oven (ging steeds uit) zijn misschien wel aan vervanging toe.
Wij hebben een topweek gehad in huize Staffner!

Wir waren eine kleine Reisegruppe von 8 Personen (davon ein Kleinkind) und waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Wir durften sogar die Waschmaschine benutzen, das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiter. Die Lage ist top, man erreicht schnell das Zentrum von Kirchberg und ist auch sehr schnell beim Skibus bzw. bei der Gondel.
