Located in Dresden-Neustadt, this attractive condo for $108 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The villa Lindemann since 1886 family owned and is still inhabited by the descendants of Lindemann's. By September 2013, the garden level of the villa has been converted to a spacious apartment with 75 square meters of living space. The large living room measures approximately 30 square meters. The comfortable sofa can be converted into a double bed on request. A large dining table seats 6 people and the reading chair is ideal for a cozy readers pause. The 40-inch LCD TV has HD cable connection, a CD and DVD player are also included. The eat-in kitchen with dining area for 5 persons is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, oven and dishwasher. The 'bay-bedroom' is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a chest of drawers. In 'Red Bedroom' found two beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. One of the beds during the day is stored as a pull-out bed under the other bed. The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet. 2. The 800-square-foot garden plot adjacent to the Elbe and the rechtselbischen same bike path. The direct Elbzugang through the garden is possible to use the garden is the family reserved.

Ideal place to stay and sleep in Dresden. In a beautiful quiet area of the city. In a unique 130 years old house. Great garden. Easy opportunities to reach all parts of the city (walking, cycling, bus, S-bahn). Lots of space. Everything great!

Perfekte Fewo in Dresden
Eine großartige Ferienwohnung in einer wunderschönen Villa mit einem parkähnlichen Garten, der direkt zum Elberadweg und den Elbwiesen führt. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben auch besonders die Lage genossen. Man ist schnell überall - zu Fuß, mit der Straßenbahn oder mit dem Auto.
Und die Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber war einwandfrei.

Perfekt
Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Bedürfnisse für unseren Dresdenurlaub perfekt gedeckt. Mit Fahrrädern kommt man auf dem Elberadweg schnell in die Stadt und hat viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge entlang der Elbe. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist auch sehr nahe.
Wir waren zu zweit und hatten viel Platz - vor allem die Kühle der Souterrainwohnung war ein echtes Plus und er Blick ins Grüne des gepflegten Gartens ein Genuss. Von der Straße abgewandt ist es angenehm ruhig. Einrichtung und Ausstattung entsprechen voll den Angaben auf der Website und waren für uns ansprechend. Vielen Dank für das i-Tüpfelchen auf unserer Dresdenreise.

Schöne Unterkunft
Die Wohnung hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen.
Besonders ist die tolle Lage und der wunderschöne Garten.
Der Check-In war perfekt und die Gastgeber super nett.
Die Wohnung ist im Souterrain der Villa und hat eine kleine Terrasse.
Die Überdachung der Terrasse lässt leider nicht viel Licht in die Wohnung.
Daher stimmen die Bilder im Inserat nicht mit der Realität überein.
Die Wohnung ist deutlich dunkler.
Allerdings hatte dies den Vorteil, dass die Wohnung auch bei großer Hitze angenehm kühl war.

Herrlicher Ausgangspunkt für einen Urlaub in Dresden
Die Wohnung im Souterrain einer wunderschönen Villa ist bestens ausgestattet und eignet sich mit zwei Schlafzimmern und der Raumaufteilung für eine Familie. Der Terassen-Sitzplatz und Blick in den verwunschenen Garten war besonders reizvoll, man kann sogar bis zu Elbe sehen. Die Besitzer wohnen im Haus und sind hilfsbereite und angenehme Gastgeber. Alles war für uns perfekt - auch das Wetter. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank!

Leider nicht für Allergiker
Die Wohnung, die Lage und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern waren bestens. Wir sind sehr traurig, dass wir nicht mehr wieder kommen können, da wir eine Allergiker-Familie sind und in dem alten Gemäuer die Wände leider an einigen Stellen feucht sind und Schimmel aufweisen. Schade.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben zwei Nächte übernachtet. Es war alles da und sehr gemütlich. Für den Winter wichtig: die Heizung funktionierte tadellos und es war schön warm. Einzig der Kühlschrank war etwas laut. Der Garten ist wunderschön mit direktem Zugang zur Elbe. Einfach traumhaft!

Alles prima, eine wundervolle FeWo
Die FeWo ist super eingerichtet uns (3 Erwachsene) hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Neustadt die Altstadt ist fußläufig ca. 1 Stunde entfernt.
Beim nächsten Dresden-Besuch werden wir wieder der diese FeWo buchen.
Auch der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern hat problemlos funktioniert!

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig nach hinten raus, Richtung Garten. Die Lage ist top, direkt an der Elbe, fussnah in die Neustadt und auch zur Altstadt ist es nicht weit.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sofort um alles.

super ausgangspunkt für stadt und umgebung
wer gerne in einer historischen und modernen ferienwohnung mit direktem anschluss an den elberadweg wohnen möchte ist da richtig angekommen. anbindung an öpnv in die stadt ist auch sehr gut (line 11 erreicht man in 10 minuten und ausstieg ist zwinger teich). ich empfehle am abend/nacht den spaziergang richtung altstadt. fotoapparat nicht vergessen.

Sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einer alten Villa am Elbufer. Ruhig gelegen und doch nicht weit weg von Alt- und Neustadt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei einem nächsten Besuch würden wir diese Wohnung wieder wählen.

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage
Wir hatten die FeWo für einen Kurzaufenthalt über 4 Tage gebucht und konnten die Annehmlichkeiten der großzügig geschnittenen Wohnung inklusive herrschaftlicher Kulisse als Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge nutzen. Neustadt, Altstadt mit den bekannten Highlights sind fußläufig erreichbar, eine gute ÖPNV-Anbindung ist an der Bautzner Strasse kein Problem.
Die Lage zum Garten mit eigener überdachter Terrasse ist ruhig und entspannend. Die gute Erreichbarkeit und Kommunikation mit dem
Vermieter war sehr professionell, vielen Dank dafür!
Wir können die Villa für eine kleine Auszeit nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Wunderbare Villa mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, schön möbliert und hat alles was man braucht.
Perfekt gelegen: Die Elbe ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt, am Ufer liegt eine Fähre bereit zum Biergarten direkt gegenüber. Die Neustadt mit ihren Restaurants erreicht man nach einem kurzen Spaziergang. Und in die Altstadt kommt man leicht mit Bus, Leih-Fahrrad oder E-Roller.

We recently stayed here for 3 days and loved every minute of it. It was our first trip post-lockdown so we were a little nervous. The apartment in the villa, with a river-side view (no traffic noise what-so-ever) of the garden was excellent and with a high level of cleanliness that I have rarely experienced before as a frequent traveller. It was possible to walk from the villa along the east bank of the river Elbe directly into the city centre in less than half an hour, and enjoy many of the wonderful Dresden sights. The property also offered gated parking, which was super convenient. Many thanks to the owners for their hospitality.

Erik was a great host. The apartment is very comfortable, modern, and has a nice layout. There is a large outdoor area in the back that has access to the river. The are is quiet and also convenient to public transportation.

We travel 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids. All as showns at pictures.
25-30 minutes walking from Zwinger, Semper Opera or Royal Palace, 15-20 minutes from tram, 9E tram day family ticked , supermarket 5-10 minutes walk.
Dresden is a very nice city to visit, this house is a perfect place to vstay if you want a relax place to stay with garden.

I would recommend you reserve a stay now. What a delightful surprise when Eric showed us the gardens that lead to a bike path along the Elbe. We stayed for 2 nights with our 3 daughters. Kitchen had all the amenities with a patio to eat our dinner while listening to the fountain. 30 minute walk to city center. Extremely clean and comfortable.
