About this house rental
2 minute walk to the beach, NOT 8 minutes as automatically calculated by Stayz/VRBO.
Idyllic location and outlook on The Esplanade. 80m to nature board walk through dunes to Surf Beach; not crowded like some of the other beaches.
Wonderful large and bright living room and well appointed kitchen all overlooking the dunes, with ocean and bay views. Expansive views including the bay from wide wrap-around decks with undercover BBQ. Ideal setting for a large family, or 2 families, or a group of friends. Good size back yard. Lots of parking space on property and outside.
Where practical, we try to offer early arrival and late departure.

Located between San Remo and Cowes, handy to race track whilst offering a peaceful beach location.
Moto GP & Superbike guests; potential use of Double Lock-up Garage (for motor bikes) subject to negotiation with owner.
4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets (1 in en-suite + 1 separate downstairs).
Main bedroom upstairs- queen with large en-suite
2nd bedroom downstairs - queen
3rd bedroom downstairs - queen with single above it (bunk), + single (i.e. sleeps 4 people)
4th bedroom (small) downstairs - bunk (2 single beds)

Unlimited free WiFi. Two flat screen TVs, one smart and one with DVD player.
Coffee pod machine and milk frother; lots of pods provided.
The house is generally available for minimum of 2 nights except for some special occasions where minimum nights is greater.

Can’t speak highly enough about our stay. Plenty of room, amazing location and seeing the short-tailed shearwaters (mutton birds) fly in from the ocean in their thousands every night was truly sensational and sets this place apart from the rest! Entire house was clean and well appointed, quality appliances and such a short walk to the beach! Geoff and Pauline are wonderful hosts!
