Great 4th floor apartment with view down Main Street, and of the sea and docks.
Everything we needed was in the apartment including large fan, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine. Really comfy beds too.
This flat is right next to good bars and places to eat with gorgeous sea views.
A little noisy at night with late drinking, and recycling and bin collections early in the morning but only typical of town life.
The stairs to the forth floor will test your lungs but I think I’ve left slightly fitter!

Die Lage ist super zentral in Santa Cruz, das ist wirklich der beste Standort den man in der Stadt erwischen kann, weil alles unmittelbar zu Fuß erreichbar ist und die Aussicht bombastisch ist.
Das Haus ist verhältnismäßig hellhörig, dafür kann die Unterkunft selbst quasi nichts. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist teils extrem gut (was Gewürze, etc.) angeht, nur die Pfannen und das Besteck lässt teilweise Wünsche offen, wenn man dort viel und komplexeres kocht.

La localisation (nous voulions être proches du port), c’est aussi proche de la plage, des commerces, de tout :).
Les équipements du logement sont au top, nous n’avons manqué de rien, le lave-linge est un gros plus !
Les 4 étages à monter avec nos 2 enfants en bas âge (mais je n’avais pas du bien consulter l’annonce ;)).
Un peu bruyant dans la rue en dessous, proche d’un conteneur à verre, mais on ne peut pas être en pleine ville et avoir le calme de la campagne :)
