Clean, quiet house, comfortable beds, fans for the warm weather and loved the washing machine! The house had everything we needed. Read a map before you go. Our GPS sent us the wrong way, but once we figured it out, it was easy to get to. Train into Munich was easy...about 20 minutes. Would definitely return.

Das Ferienhaus hat uns in der Beschreibung sofort gut gefallen und uns auch in der Realität nicht enttäuscht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und er hat immer promt und freundlich reagiert.

Jederzeit wieder!
Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war klasse, bei Fragen haben wir sofort Antwort bekommen.

Tolle Lage! Bahnhof, Supermärkte, Restaurants…alles in greifbarer Nähe, jedoch nur mit dem Auto. Ein sehr gemütliches Haus, prima Ausstattung, auch mit vier Personen genügend Platz. Sehr netter Vermieter, Fragen werden umgehend geklärt. Empfehlenswert!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt
Wir kamen hier an und das Haus war wie beschrieben. Es war alles vorhanden und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber hat uns sofort auf unsere Anfragen geantwortet. Das Ferienhaus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um München und Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir werden sicher noch mal wieder kommen.

Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Man ist schnell in einem Supermarkt, in München oder an dem traumhaften See.

Eine Woche im Juni 2021
Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die angenehme Atmosphäre im Haus , die sehr gute Ausstattung, insbesondere der Küche, das Bad, die Terrase mit Garten und die ruhige Lage.
Kleine Schwächen sind der Schlafplatz in der Hochetage, bei Hitze wird es relativ warm.
Die Beleuchtung zum Lesen (Sitzgruppe, Esstisch oder Bett) könnte verbessert werden.

Toller, wiederholter Aufenthalt und immer wieder sehr gerne 😍
Das Ferienhaus ist immer in einem top Zustand, alles sehr sauber und ich genieße hier meine Zeit. Morgens öffnete ich das kleine Fenster oben im Schlafbereich, die Sonne schien herein und es war so, wie bei Heidi 🙈. Es fehlten nur noch die Berge 😉
Mittags setzte ich mich aufs Fahrrad und war auf meinen Radtouren unterwegs. Die umliegenden Seen ist ein Muss, ob Regattaparksee oder Karlsfelder See. Die Strecke nach München ist einfach und schön mit dem Rad und wenn ich abends zurück kam, dann machte ich mir auf der Terrasse einen gemütlichen Abend. Manchmal tut es sehr gut, eine Verabredung mit sich selbst in einem perfekten Feriengartenhaus. Die Nachbarschaft ist auch sehr freundlich. Und ich kann nur sagen: "Ich komme bald wieder."

Leider war es sehr kalt und hat stark geregnet in den Tagen,in denen ich da war.
Da es aber eine geschäftliche Reise war,hätte ich gutes Wetter auch nur wenig nutzen können.
Aber für einen Urlaub würde ich das Haus gerne buchen bei schönerem Wetter.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Laufweite zum Badesee
Schönes Ferienhaus in Kleingartenanlage. Ruhig gelegen. In Laufweite zum Badesee (Bollerwagen vorhanden). Kleine zweckmäßige Küche. Schöne überdachte Terrasse für lauschige Sommerabende auf dem Lounge-Sofa. Wir waren dort als Familie incl. zwei Kinder. Auto ist sinnvoll, aber ÖPNV Verbindungen nach München vorhanden. Wir hatten in dem Ferienhaus eine entspannte Woche.

Holz Ferienhaus mit allem was man sich so vorstellt.
Die Tage in dem Ferienhaus haben wir sehr genossen. Die Ruhe , die Gemütlichkeit und eigentlich alles was man so denken kann, war da. Alles in allem sehr beeindruckend.

Estancia agradable.
Esta muy bien decorado y tiene un patio grande donde tomar algo o cenar. El unico pero es la altura del piso superior que te obliga s agacharte si mides mas de metro sesenta (esta la cama) por lo demas todo bien.

Sehr schönes Haus in Laufnähe zum See
Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus, welches in einer Kleingartenanlage liegt. Internetverbindung dort nicht wirklich gut, auch das WLAN hat Schwächen. Wer aber ein schönes Haus in der Natur und trotzdem die Nähe zur Stadt (Dachau, München) sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Gute Lage, sehr gemütlich
Ruhig gelegenes Häuschen mit sehr schöner Terrasse, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten unsere Räder mit, die kann man dort gut gebrauchen. Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen, bis auf einen: Eierbecher! Es war sicher nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Haus.

Sehr modern aber nicht sauber
Es hat alles sehr sehr gut geklappt...Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut! Einrichtung modern. Schönes kleines Haus allerdings nicht für große Leute :-( habe mir mehrmals den Kopf reingehauen (bin nur 1.90) .
Wir mussten allerdings bei Ankunft erstmal putzen, da sogar im Kühlschrank Essenreste vom Vormieter waren. Das fanden wir ein bisschen eklig. Gestaubsaugt war auch nur sehr sporadisch wenn überhaupt. Staub war sehr viel überall. In allen Ecken und Flächen Dreck. Unterm Bett wie direkt vor der Küchenzeile. Abfluss verstopft. Nach Reinigung von mir wieder tadellos aber das ist ja nicht der Sinn im Urlaub Hausmeister zu spielen!

Vier Tage absolute Ruhe.
Dieses Haus bot das ideale Umfeld für unseren Dachauaufenthalt für die Besinnlichkeit in der wir die Gedenkstätte besucht haben.

Super sauber, ruhig gelegen, alles prima!
Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern, 10 und 12 Jahre alt) waren vor drei Jahren schon einmal in diesem schönen Häuschen, und waren wieder begeistert! Diesmal war mehr Zeit, die Umgebung zu genießen, zum schön gelegenen Karlsfelder See sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Super für Jogger und Radfahrer, im Sommer auch zum baden.
Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Lieblingsplätze für jeden, Sessel und eine schöne große Couch. Außerdem gefällt uns der Außenbereich wo man grillen kann, und es gibt viel Platz zum spielen. Und in der Dusche viel Wasser mit gutem Druck, das ist in vielen Ferienwohnungen zu sparsam eingestellt, hier nicht!
Es war zwar im April sehr kalt, aber durch die schnell ansprechende und sehr gut zu regulierende Fußbodenheizung kann man es sich richtg gemütlich machen.
Vom Bahnhof Dachau aus ist man recht schnell in der Münchner Innenstadt, wir haben auf dem P+R immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden.
Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tolles Kleines Perfektes Ferienhaus, Sehr Sauber und Gepflegt
Wir waren sehr über das Moderne eingerichtete Ferienhaus überrascht, es war Sauber und geräumig. Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir sogar 2 Flaschen Bier und eine Sprite, sowie ein Wasser ( Hatten wir so auch noch nie erlebt ) Das ganze Haus ist ausgestattet mit Fussboden Heizung, hin und wieder wäre eine Zusatzheizung toll gewesen. Die Betten und Matratzen waren sehr Bequem. Absolute Ruhe in der Ferienhaus Siedlung. Kurz über lang, es war einfach perfekt! 15Min mit der Bahn nach München.

Sehr netter Kontakt, das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen an Komfort übertroffen. Es ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie genug Platz vorgefunden.

Die FeWo verfügt über eine gut eingerichtete Küche und ein geräumiges Bad; die Schlafcouch und das Sofa waren nicht so bequem. Die Betten sind ok. Für vier Personen ausreichend. Empfehlenswert.
