SENTIDO Apollo Palace

Nice grounds and good modern (but small) room. The main chef was amazing so nice and helpful assisting us with our dietary restrictions.

The only problem is the location, far from most of the attractions on the island with significant vacation time waisted on drives.

Incredibly helpful and kind staff. We stayed in a beautifully renovated room which, although not large, worked very well for our family of five. There was an excellent variety of delicious food at the buffets. The swimming pools were excellent and very well maintained.

Only thing was that the smoking areas were very close to the family pools.

Breakfast lots of choices , breads , cereals , yogurts , eggs , bacon , fruits , cakes , jams , hard to improve , busy the later you go though , location great , 100 metres to beach and same to start of restaurants , bars , shops , its a small village but with Moratika joining there is enough variety , we booked a deluxe room that was larger , we stayed here two years ago , it was okay then but they have improved it , its a four star hotel . Outside the hotel are lots of Greek restaurants with bars , we visited a few and were all good , even though we booked All Inclusive , for live music visit Golden Beach they have Greek , Latin & Elvis nights most nights and its free and right on the beach sit back and be entertained and the waiter comes to you . 75 steps is a classy Greek restaurant about half a mile up a hill with amazing views , get a taxi and order one back . Try Moratika beach get 2 sunbeds & umbrella 15 euros and they will serve you on the beach or go into the restaurant out of the sun , the sea is shallow and prices like the uk or less for a fantastic location , if you have a car visit Halikounas beach about 6 miles away drive to the beach bar , you will drive over stoney areas on the beach to get there , but its worth it , something from a film scene , real sandy beach , beach bar that does food , good music , sun beds , bean bags , umbrellas , a real gem , watch the sun go down , u wont want to leave

We are well travelled and choosey and read reviews , if they average 8 then the hotel will be good , there was,nt anything we didnt like

Relationship manager Mr. Spyros was very friendly, helpful & willing to make our stay smooth. We enjoyed buffet variety & quality of food.

Room service & housekeeping was very poor, reception was very slow to react & take action on the issues, room facilities outdated, food at Italian restaurant & a Steakhouse wasn’t good at all, bottled water & toiletry not provided in the room on daily basis.
