This inn is an absolute jewel in Rio Branco: quiet, relaxing, surrounded by nature, lovely rooms, great pool, and wonderful staff. I never had the breakfast, as my suite was equipped with a kitchenette, but I’m sure if I had, it would have been delicious. I am very sensitive to EMF radiation, personally, and there are wifi/5G towers pretty much everywhere in Rio Branco, except for in this neighborhood. This place saved me. The owner is also very helpful and has great energy. The inn is situated away from stores and restaurants, but there is a bike you can use for no extra charge, and the owner also made himself available for rides into town when he was going. He even brought me a big ziplock bag to waterproof my laptop for my trip into the jungle.
Everything was great. No complaints.

very clean and comfortable. Fabio was an excellent host, picked up groceries for me, and made an excellent breakfast. he even drove me to the airport when my Uber didn’t show up. the area is very tranquil and beautiful. it’s a nice reprieve from being downtown in an Amazon town. but it’s only a 10 minute Uber away. if you want a quiet place to reflect and recharge, this is the place.
no stores nearby. but that’s the trade off. well worth it.

Pousada Recanto na Floresta is amazing. Friendly neighborhood, and surrounded by environmental protected areas. It is located in a historical place. Hosts are always available when you need.

The atmosphere was calm and peaceful. It is a great place for a traveler to relax. Rooms were clean, the house is nice and breakfast was good. Internet works well. The tomb of the founder of Santo Daime is a three minutes walk away and a beautiful place. Fabio, the host took really good care of everything, with respect and attention to details such as washing clothes, getting lunch or offering options to exercise at a gym. This has been one of the best stays I have had on my many travels. I came as a traveler and left as a friend.
The only downside for me was the lack of options for meals (dinner) nearby, meaning one needs to call Uber eats or go into town (a 20 minute ride). Both cost a few Reais (going into town was about 20 Reais with Uber). I consider this somewhat natural staying at a remote, peaceful spot though.
