Lovely flat, highly recommended

Perfect little flat for a short stay in Canterbury! The host was great, very communicative and helpful. The free parking was super convenient. The ground floor level was perfect for our little dog - quick and easy access to the grass outside!

Seems a bit weird that the host required a deposit that amounted to more money than the price of the actual booking. I appreciate that they are running a small business and need to cover themselves, and I was happy to pay it (the deposit has since been returned in full), but it did strike me as unusual. Just mentioning it in case anyone (like me!) fails to read the fine print

communication with property owner very poor, I call so many time no one answer phone calls, only WhatsApp writing messages take long time to get answers back.

Exceptional

The property was amazing, well maintained and extremely clean. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, location is great too, walking distance from everything you need. It was a really great and comfortable stay, will book this place again when I come back to Canterbury for work or leisure.

Comfortable flat

Friendly host and very comfortable flat - it was great to have two bathrooms. The flat is close to the Wincheap park and go where you can catch a bus into town - very handy if you go back and forth several times in one day as it is a good 30 min walk one direction. Wifi worked very well

A bit far from the city center; description stated a flat of 120 square meters, but the way square meters are measured in other European countries, this one would rather be closer to 70.

Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and nicely situated to visit the region as well as 20 min walk into centre of Canterbury

A lovely Christmas

The owners were accessible and responded quickly to our queries. The flat was clean and well furnished. Plenty of bedding and towels. Well heated. We stayed 10 days and would have stayed longer if that had been possible. Excellent Christmas stay near to our family.

Nice place to stay, but current check in and check out routines not at professional level yet.

There are 2 plastic boxes by the entrance, one on the left wall and one on the right wall. Only a picture of a box was sent with no further instructions and it is quite dark by the entry. No indication on the box that it belonged to The Nook at all, and we picked the wrong box and thus the entry code did not work so we were left outside for a long time. In general too many pictures taken and sent and too little clear instructions in writing. Also, all heating can be turned off on one of the electric switches in the kitchen, and my children tried to light the lamp but picked the wrong button so we had no hot water and no heating for a full day. Clearly, something should be written here to prevent this from happening. In general the electricity in the UK do have a lot of on and off switches, but to have all heating in the kitchen beside the light button is not the smartest thing in the world...

-Loved the quirky decor. The bashful monkey lamp is fab! - Spotlessly clean -Really well equipped kitchen. Coffee pods were very much appreciated! - Great location. Very easy 20 minute walk to Canterbury and some great walks close by - Washer/dryer was very welcome as the weather was very wet

Loved the location. Hosts are super easy to correspond with. VERY clean. Great water pressure!!

The master bed was a bit soft for my liking. But that is just a preference.

Lovely home in great location

Excellent apartment, very clean and modern. Everything you needed in the kitchen. TV with Netflix. Great location, easy walk to city centre. Off street parking in secure place. Fabulous host, very helpful.

Lovely Canterbury Home

Lovely decor, comfortable, clean, home away from home level of comfort. Good amount of space and accessible to most locations. The en-suite bathroom is a great touch.

Superb

Great apartment, loved the interior! Very clean, fully equipped kitchen. The hosts have done a great job and thought of everything. Complimentary toiletries, comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend a stay here!
