Right outside is the subway that takes you to main train station and city center. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, can check in early, self check in, host provides soap and shampoo.

Good value for money if you only want to overnight, parking place right next to the door.
They have kitchen with microwave in the cellar.
There is no personal in the hotel - hotel phone number is not answering, guest must read the info for checkin.
Once there was a huge noise when someone tried to break through the entrance without reading the instruction and became very aggressive as he thought other guests are the personal. I tried to call the hotel number, but they did not answer, I was about to call the police, luckily another male guest stepped in and explaind to this angry person how to find things.
Things rather nuetral, because it is written in the description: only 2 shared WC for entire hotel, shower is also one room.

Breakfast was not included and not expected. Considering the price levels these days it was priced reasonably.
The property was under construction; while 2 showers were available, only one of them was useable. This shower was in the men's room and had to be used by women as well. Apparently my partner and myself were the only guests, so it did not matter but if other parties had been there it would have caused awkward moments. The toilet on the floor was another issue: very small, almost impossible to turn around, the door scratched across the floor. Only 1 toilet for the entire floor. Again: Since it was only me and my partner this was not an issue, but certainly would have been had other guests been there as well. The hostel was under construction and this should have been mentioned. A (even small) token, like 20 Dollars off would have been a nice gesture. Parking is another issue: one must find street parking, quite difficult in the area and be prepared for a long walk. Apparently one can secure parking for an additional charge.
