The hosts are the best! The breakfast was amazing! This is a renovated Andalusian white house near to the main square. Absolutely charming. Highly recommended.
The only thing that was not great was the kind of open toilet in the room. If you have difficulties going up and down stairs, this is not for you.

The lovely hosts, Location, beautifully restored building & decor. Lovely bathroom
Just beware - lots of steep steps if you have walking difficulties- not an issue for us & obviously very typical of traditional Cómpeta properties ;-)
I would have liked the ability to make tea/coffee in the room - I usually bring my own kettle etc., but had limited luggage allowance for this trip.
The hosts kindly provided drinks for an early getaway in the morning though 👍🏼🤗

What an absolute gem of a place. The whole property and rooms were absolutely immaculate and so tastefully furnished. The rooms are so beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is a wonderful rooftop terrace and the breakfast is great! We loved Competa and we stay in this place again in a heartbeat. Fabulous!!
If you have mobility issues the stairs could be an issue as they are quite steep. It didn’t bother us though as we walk everywhere anyway.
