Low quality equipment, good communication

-The staff is extremely helpful and nice. Communication worked well over Whatsapp and the woman with whom we spoke was able to deal with many small issues we brought up quickly. -The check in was easy - a code for the door and a second code to get the room key from a lockbox. -Bed was comfortable!

-Sofa was uncomfortable - it's actually a day bed with a trundle bed and there weren't any pillows to lean against, just the wooden bars. -One night we didn't have running water. We didn't ever get an explanation for why this happened, even after asking. -We lost power twice in the six days we were there, once for over an hour. -The "gym" is three cardio machines, all of which are broken. One of the ellipticals is broken enough that it isn't usable. The second squeaks so loudly I lasted 2 minutes on it before I gave up out of annoyance. The stationary bike is possible to ride, but the seat is missing a bolt to keep it stable in one direction. None of the machines have electricity to tell you stats. -The pool is way smaller than it looks in the photo. It's big enough to jump in and cool off (it's not heated and cold!! in December), but you can swim about three strokes from one side to the other. Ok for relaxing or for kids, but nothing to swim laps in. - The pots and pans in the kitchen were low quality. The pan we even needed to ask for.

Nice size, comfortable beds and very useful washing machine

The concierge was a bit grumpy explaining the door opening procedure to me. My Spanish isn’t great but I can communicate if people are patient

El departamento amplio

Primero no fue el departamento que alquile , me dieron otro sin avisar. Incómodo living con un cama marinera sin almohadones los reclamé para poder mínimamente ver los partidos ya que estaba helado y nunca me los trajeron. El calefon perdía agua . No había mesa de living . El enjuague estaba mezclado con mucha agua.
