For anime fans, the location is excellent as, at the time of this writing, the shop mall just in front is an anime goodies mall!

Great stay. The bed was comfy, and the receptionist was professional and in a great location in the lince area. Would repeat if I decide to go back to lince.
The only downside is that you can hear the other people in the hotel. It's probably not the hotels fault that other guests are loud late at night. But I would suggest having that in mind. Maybe it was just my floor.

Location excellent.
Gotta hire friendly staff. The only people with manners were the doormen they were helpful and kind. The front desk persons looked like they did not have manners. I called to ask for a wake up called and the receptionist was lost and replied to me with another question asking me what did I mean. I only wanted a wake up call and she said yes and I never got the wake up call. Calling to ask for information they were exceptionally impolite. I only stayed there because the location is excellent but I doubt I will recommend this place for families. Guests at night very noisy and the two nights I spent there always mean and women screaming like in a fight. Also make sure you book breakfast on time because is cheaper otherwise if you call and ask to have the breakfast there is a 50% increase in price. Reason Unknown.
