About this condo rental
Nestled in Corfu, this charming condo for $116 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Luxury one bedroom apartment located in the historical center of Corfu town. Conveniently located in a 3 minute walk from Corfu's social life hub. The famous "Liston" area, the central square, the old and the new castle, a swimming spot, coffee shops by the sea or under Venetian arches and traditional little restaurants planted in a theatrical and atmospheric setting are just outside your doorstep. In a few days in this neighborhood you will get a glimpse of the local way of life. As you enter the apartment from the main entrance you walk into the main living area. The living room area has a 3 seat wide couch on your right facing the entertainment station with a large TV, a sound system where you can connect your music device and a DVD player. A large arm chair creates a nice seating area for 4 to 5 people with a small library of Greek and some foreign books. The couch of the living room is wide enough and can be used to accommodate a third guest or a child. A few steps further and towards the door to the veranda you will find a work desk on your right. Connect your laptop and take advantage of the free internet to do some work or stay in touch with friends through your mobile device. Opposite to the desk area you will find a fully equipped kitchen and the eating area surrounded by three bar seats. Choose to prepare a sandwich for the beach or cook a more elaborated meal. You will find all necessary kitchenware, utensils, plates and glassware you will need in this kitchen. A filter coffee machine, and a small espresso maker allows you to prepare the coffee of your choice. The bedroom has a double bed ideal for a couple and plenty of closet and drawer space for a comfortable stay. There is also a small vanity table with mirror. The bathroom provides the washing area, toilet and an enclosed shower area. Finally from the living room you can walk into the apartment's veranda. A small table with 2 chairs allows you to sit with your coffee or glass of wine and get a feel of this historic neighborhood. On one side of this veranda you will find the storage room where you can find a broom and a dustpan, a mop with a bucket if you need to do some emergency cleaning. In that room there is also a washer/dryer combo, a drying stand, an iron board and an iron if you decide to make a small laundry.

There is a very friendly cafe, Favela 17, about 150 ft away with great food and coffee. The owner's agent, Lengo, met us, got us into the apartment and was very helpful when we had questions. The apartment is ground floor, very quiet with a little veranda out back overlooking a small plaza. Furnishings were fine but not exceptional, the kitchen and dining area was compact but functional and the rest of the apartment was as advertised and shown in the photos. Getting oriented in the neighborhood was challenging - the streets and alleys were apparently designed to confuse pirates - but by the end of our stay we knew all the shortcuts. Great for a couple, would be tight for a third person.

A gem in the heart of Corfu Old Town
My wife and I booked this apartment on the basis of the reviews from previous renters and the excellent reviews were well founded. The whole process from booking to arriving at the apartment was effortless and so well organised and straight forward. We were greeted by Lengo, a charming and friendly host who gave us a full itinary of the apartment and it's many facilities. She also sent us links throughout the week to various restaurants and places to see and was more than happy for us to contact her at any time. The apartment was immaculate and had all the facilities you could wish for and the location was perfect. Only 5 mins walk from the beautiful Corfu old town and the nearest swimming area.
The customer service we received from the owners Andreas and Alexis was second to none and I would not hesitate in booking again on my next visit to Corfu. If you want a memorable, relaxing and stress free Corfu vacation, this is the accomodation you need.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, situé au centre historique de Corfu. L'appartement est bien équipé et surtout climatisé car il fait chaud.
Le propriétaire est très sérieux et la gérante de l'appartement est très gentille et serviable.

Brilliant! Clean, well furnished and perfectly situated for a trip experiencing both culture and enjoying the sunshine! Would highly recommend. Check in and out was straight forward and we did not feel rushed at all!

Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung direkt in der Altstadt von Korfu.
Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt zum Vermieter/Keyholder. Wohnung für 2 Personen optimal. Das besondere Plus ist der ausreichend große Balkon zum Sitzen. Nicht zwangsläufig normal in der Altstadt. Alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch Aircondition. Allerdings nicht nötig, da auch Fensterläden vorhanden sind. Eine Wohnung definitiv zum weiterempfehlen, wenn man sich auf die Altstadt einlassen will. Der Verkehr besteht nur aus Anwohnern, nachts ist es ruhig. Tagsüber meistens auch.

An absolutely delightful property in a beautiful quaint and quiet square in the heart of the old town. Minutes to walk to the Liston area and even close to a nice swimming spot. Very comfortable , clean and well appointed. Communication with the owner was excellent and a meeting was arranged to guide us to the apartment on arrival so everything went very smoothly. The apartment was perfect for us. About two streets away from the bustle of Corfu town, but very quiet and peaceful. We had everything there we needed. Definitely recommend it as a place to stay.

Great Property in the heart of Corfu!
My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at this first floor condo in the heart of old town Corfu. Walking the streets every morning for a coffee or heading to the restaurants/beaches was a breeze, as the location is perfect! The A/C kept us cool and the kitchen was just enough for a breakfast on the patio. George and Andreas made sure our stay was convenient and were responsive to every request. Great spot!
