Very good apartment, it was clean and big. It was in a resort and security was not a concern.

The water provided was refilled bottles, one time we closed the the door while we were outside at late time, no one was available to help us as the owner not staying in Morocco and she relying on the locals to manage it. The value for the money was not great

The host was extremely helpful, the compound is beautiful and the appartement amazing, modern, clean, comfortable, very good if you are traveling with kids. The only problem is the location, is a bit isolated and kind of far from any restaurants etc. There is a very friendly restaurant in the compound but again is the only one. Best to rent a car as we did (by the way proposed by the host and very nice service as well). For us it was great as we were not planning to spend too much time in the Medina do we could rest at a nice place :)
