The 57m² large Non smoking apartment is located on the ground floor South Beach and offers ample space for 2 to 4 people. The modern living area includes a comfortable couch, a coffee table and reading lamp to relax. For your entertainment, you can enjoy a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a mini-stereo system. The adjacent dining area is complemented by a modern kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an oven and 4-zone ceramic hob, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle and various kitchen utensils. The friendly dining is located right by the window. From the living area you reach the covered and furnished terrace (east) which spoils you already in the morning hours with sun. All facilities can be reached from the hallway with cloakroom and both bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with spring mattresses and bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The smaller bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms can be darkened by external blinds, so a good night's sleep is nothing to prevent. The sanitary area is completed by a shower, toilet, hair dryer and a washing area. A small storage room has to store a good way things. Among other things, here are various cleaning utensils.
