Wee bit spooky this place. I think we were the only guests that night. Big old property that perhaps needs a bit of a cash injection. There’s a big mountain dog called Peppa who is delightful and the hostess is charming. Room was Spartan but clean and functional. Locality- a bit out on its own. Charming village about 15 minutes walk away uphill. We had dinner at a lovely restaurant in the disused railway station about 300 metres away.
