The third-floor mountain view room is a cozy and inviting accommodation nestled in the heart of Spruce Peak. With its ski-in, ski-out convenience, guests have direct access to the slopes, allowing for a seamless and enjoyable skiing experience. This is a great base to relax and recharge after a day of thrilling outdoor activities - Privately owned & located in the Lodge at Spruce Peak / Ski In, Ski Out - King bed - Queen pullout - Private balcony - Full bathroom with soaking tub and stand-up shower - Kitchenette, dishwasher, two-burner stove, microwave, mini-fridge & coffee maker - Gas fireplace - Full use of the hot tub and pool. - 🚗 Valet parking is $35 per night per car, but if you prefer, there's Free parking available for one car in the outdoor garage. * Golf is only available at the Stowe Country Club / Not the Mountainside Course - The workout room is not available without a purchase of a spa treatment of $125 or more. We say get outside and do some adventuring instead! - There is a beautiful workout facility located right down the road at the Swimming Hole. It's $25 daily and has a dedicated indoor lap pool. * No Pets

We had a great time at Spruce Peak! Staff was great and the room was clean and very relaxing. Pull out couch was from Restoration Hardware! What other hotel can you find a high quality couch?!? I would definitely recommend this place.

First time visiting Stowe. Spring Skiing was great. Studio room had all we could ask for. Resort pool and spa were wonderful. Ski valet was great service. Look forward to staying again.

This is essentially a large king size room in the Lodge with a small galley kitchen (not exactly a "gourmet kitchenette") in the hallway between the main room and the bathroom. There is also a large sitting area next to the bed with sofa, fireplace and armchair, and a nice view of the lodge village out of the window. Ski valet service (racks in the courtyard brought in at night) was free and convenient, so you don't have to stow your skis, etc. in the room. Just pick up your skis and get on the lift 100 yards away, or take the mini-gondola from the lodge over to the main gondola and start skiing! Nice spa services, outdoor heated pool and hot-tub when you are not out on the slopes. Restaurants in the lodge were good, or you can take your car downtown (there is no self-parking at the lodge, but valet parking was free and responsive, although their phone app was a bit wonky). Overall a great experience, but it will cost you some $. If there was a minor negative, despite turning the heat pump completely off or setting it low, the room stayed rather warm at night (72oF) and the heavy comforter resulted in an overheated sleep experience. Would be helpful if the owner could provide a light blanket alternative. Another minor negative was that, apart from the lodge, not much in the village is open late, e.g., could not get a coffee in the coffee shop in the afternoon and the only bar was in the lodge lobby or restaurant (there is the Whistle Pig whiskey distillery but all they have are their own spirits for waay too much money per pour). Nevertheless, it was an excellent stay and I highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lodge. Our studio had everything we needed to be comfy. The pool and hot tub were really nice after a day on the mountain. The restaurants were tasty. Great all around.

Advertised as ski in ski out but no such thing is offered in Stowe. Quite frustrating paying that much and then having to walk all your gear down. Would not recommend for ski in ski out

The studio was perfect for my husband and me. Cozy fireplace, close enough to things, but far enough away to be quiet. The resort itself is beautiful with outdoor firepits, ice skating, of course, skiing. Everything we needed and enjoyed!

The room was beautiful with plenty of space for four. The armoire and dresser were nice to have so we could unpack our stuff and get the suitcases out of the way. The beds were comfortable. The room was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was wonderful with valet parking and the ski valet.

Overall, my wife and I had a good stay. However, I'll try to note items which would have been helpful to know before booking because it could have been better. 1. Maintenance (a) The toilet did not flush properly for the first night of our stay. We didn't notice until late - by then it was too late for maintenance. But really, someone should have checked to make sure the toilet was operational before we arrived. (b) The fireplace did not work. Maintenance was called and, although it took several hours, they got it working. Again, should have been checked in advance. 2. Availability of Food/Beverages. The Lodge has a couple of restaurants. Signs in the room advertise "in-room dining" which the website says this is available 24 hrs. In reality, there was no "in-room" dining and there were no 24 hr options. You'll spend 30 mins figuring this out because the "app" for ordering is very unclear. The only thing available is a *hidden* vending machine down a random hallway near the lobby. BRING DRINKS - no vending machines exist. The front desk was nice enough to give me a "box" of water but options were limited. 3. Walking Distance. This room was NOWHERE near the front desk. Valet is mandatory so you are forced to trek from the front lobby to your room (which is in a different zip code) each time you arrive/depart. If ANYONE in your party has mobility issues, stay elsewhere. There is a "South Lobby" which is close and lovely - but no Valet and no desk attendant. I spent half the trip picking up the car, driving around to the south lobby to get my wife, then reversing the process when we returned. There's a ton of construction and the South Lobby is not easy to find (sign was only lit half the time). By the third or fourth day, the distance is annoying. 4. Room Amenities. (a) The mini-fridge was extremely small. If you plan on cooking, think again. (b) The coffee maker will overflow at least once before you figure out how to use it - one button, no instructions. Noisy. Makes bad coffee. (c) The shower unceremoniously "spits" water at you. (d) You have to look hard to find the bathroom door lock (e) Accidentally flip the wrong light switch by the door? All electricity shuts off. I understand this is a "convenience" but a label or a note would've been helpful. Finally, for families, keep the curtains pulled. One couple was having rather enthusiastic fun in full view of the South Lobby. No problem for adults but hard to explain to the little ones.

Location was perfect! The room was so nice and cozy. All the cabin in the woods vibes and the view of the lake was awesome. It was so clean and the ladies at the front desk were friendly. Will definitely be back!

My wife and I were very pleased with the accommodations and view at this property. The actual property was nicer than even the photos showed. The kitchenette was so well stocked with nice dishes, silverware and utensils. The Keuring set-up was great too. In summary, our expectations were exceeeded and would highly recommend!
