Lo mejor del alojamiento es Chama, nos atendió y ayudó mucho durante nuestra estancia. Nos sugirió un plan para un día que hizo que ahorráramos tiempo respecto a lo que teníamos planeado. El siguiente día nos hizo un tour por la zona e inmediaciones con su tuk tuk a un precio competitivo (la voluntad). Para el último día le pedimos precio para llevarnos al hacer el safari en Yala, el jeep y las entradas del safari y el posterior transporte a nuestro siguiente hotel por un precio razonable (que no barato) de forma que nos entraba todo y así no tuvimos que marearnos en buscar todo por nuestra cuenta. Con vehículos y personal de calidad y buen servicio.
La habitación es increíble. Súper cuidada y con una decoración exquisita.
La ubicación, aunque no es céntrica, dispone a poca distancia de restaurantes de todo tipo y hasta se puede hacer una pequeña caminata a pie al nine arch bridge. Súper recomendable.
Si avisas a Chama cuando llegues a Ella va a buscarte a la estación de tren sin cargo.
Para llegar al alojamiento tienes que entrar en una especie de “urbanización” de hoteles y casas. Es un momento pero se hace extraño. No es nada raro en las zonas rurales del país. La calle donde se ubica el hotel hace mucha pendiente. Fácilmente salvable para cualquier coche o tuk tuk.

Sehr schöne moderne Unterkunft mit tollen Badezimmer. Die Lage hat für uns gut gepasst, man konnte zu Fuß nach Ella reinlaufen und auch die umliegenden Wanderungen theoretisch alle zu Fuß erreichen. Die Terrasse war sehr gemütlich mit Sofa und wir haben es sehr genossen dort ein paar Stunde zu entspannen mit Blick auf die Berge. Ganz liebe Hosts die sehr bemühtet und gastfreundlich sind. Wir haben jederzeit bei Bedarf Unterstützung bekommen und konnten immer nachfragen, selbst zu unseren Reiseplanungen rund um Ella. Es gab auch tolle Tipps zu guten Viewpoints die klasse waren.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. Any issues they replied very quickly. They helped us do some laundry too.
The room itself looked clean but there were a lot of bugs in the room. The bedding was damp so smelt very musty in the room. The shower hot water did not work at first. When it did start to work it was not very powerful. The water from the shower was all over the bathroom and did not dry so the floor was constantly wet, which made it uncomfortable when using the toilet. This again attracted insects in the bathroom and room itself. The water also made the room and bathroom smell of drainage which was very unpleasant.
