I liked the cleanliness and quietness of the property
I enjoyed my day at the hotel but the hot water wasn’t working and the bed was so noisy.

I enjoyed my stay at Cabin Hotel in Ghana largely because of its excellent location. The hotel is very close to the airport and conveniently situated near other areas we considered relevant, which made getting around easy and stress-free. The food was genuinely good, and the staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. They are without a doubt the hotel’s strongest asset and true USP.
However, the overall experience did not justify the price we paid. The quality of the rooms was poor and showed a clear lack of maintenance. The bathroom would flood when showering, and the room itself showed visible signs of decay. These issues significantly affected comfort and value for money.
Additionally, the pictures displayed on the booking page do not reflect the current reality of the hotel. This is misleading and something both the hotel and Booking.com need to address and manage better.
Due to these discrepancies and the poor value for money, I will be reaching out to Booking.com to lodge a formal complaint, as expectations set at the time of booking were not met
