Furthermore, the prime location of the hotel in Uttara added to its appeal. It was conveniently situated near major attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Dhaka without any hassle. The hotel also provided transportation services for those who wanted to venture further into the city, wich was an added convenience.

Average. Only stay here for 1 night, or 2 nights maximum. Not very clean.

When the staff finally do what you ask (it takes time...), it is helpful. Privacy and locks in the rooms are good. Welcome drink upon arrival. The AC option is great! Easy to get to and from airport (as in distance). Staff will help you book Uber - just may take them a while. If you are staying over only for a night or two, this option is okay.

Staff can be overattentive and too many of them, despite them not being very helpful at all. The rooms are pretty unclean. Sheets have stains, pillows are not amazing. The toilets are not very pleasant and you won't want to spend a lot of time in there. Lots of staring staff. Lots of unnecessary phone calls from reception to the room to confirm things - even after I'm in bed asleep at 11.30pm! Rate is too expensive for what it is. Also the airport shuttle is not a good option and they often reject your request for it, asking you to take Uber. The location is not that great. Very busy. Not pleasant to walk streets.

Their food service Isn't so good.. I mean they should improve, their food price is so high but quantity is so low!

Restaurant is wonderful decorated and food very tasty, staff is very friendly and helpful, especially better for travel and transit passengers, because HOTEL BLUE BIRD authorized Bangladesh Biman and others airlines,24 hours transport service for airport pick and drop.

Very good service and first, 24 hours room and food service. Cui jhal beef vhuna Very tasty.

airport collection went well. they have a van with a sign so were easy find we left early in the morning and they provided breakfast in our room

there didn’t seem to be any hot water for a shower
