We had an excellent stay at Radisson Blu Dhaka. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was excellent, and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Dhaka.
I have been thinking about it, but I honestly cannot find anything negative to say about our stay. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The hotel, rooms, facilities, food, and service were all very impressive, and the staff made us feel extremely comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. We were completely satisfied and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Dhaka.

The property was beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were friendly and professional. A special thanks to Mahjabin and Mahfuz for their excellent service they were very helpful, attentive, and made our stay even more enjoyable. I also really enjoyed the pool area and the beautiful surroundings.
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. There was nothing major to complain about. Everything was well managed and comfortable.

Good breakfast friendly staff.
The facility should increase the number of qualified female staff, as women are currently underrepresented within the hospitality team. A more balanced workforce will improve guest comfort, service quality, professionalism, and inclusivity, particularly for women and families. Recruitment should remain merit-based, and all employees should receive appropriate training in hospitality, customer service, professional presentation, hygiene, and safeguarding.
The swimming pool should also be upgraded with a modern retractable sunroof and an advanced water-temperature control system to ensure safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient year-round use in all weather conditions. A modern poolside juice bar should also be introduced, offering fresh fruit juices, smoothies, healthy drinks, light refreshments, and suitable seating for members, families, and guests.

Room is comfortable
They charged 27USD for a can of beer. There is no free shuttle service as advertised to the airport. U need to book in advance. No taxi available also. Inconvenience for people with urgent need. Unacceptable
