Room & Food was Good. I took my all time meals from here, Chef is expert.
Other areas like Hallway need to do some renovation.

The hotel is in a very nice location with easy access to transport and shopping facilities. The staff were very attentive to our needs and accommodated to their best ability. Had a great stay and will be returning to the hotel in the future.
The VAT and and service charges are not displayed hence ensure to ask if any other charges are to be added on. This caused a bit of confusion with the bills.

Friendly and welcoming staff. My wife and kid reached earlier than me and the reception helped them check in even without me. Whatever I requested at any time, I got them. Great facilities.
I haven't observed anything that I didn't like.

Staff behavior: They need proper training on how to deal with guests and what tone should they consider while talking to them.
