Will not stay again at this property.

Not really great BF.

Mosquitoes couldn’t sleep 2nd night and next room had party till 2AM loud music. People were smoking inside the room though it was non smoking floor. I had to call for help mosquitoes spray at 1:30AM.

The hotel is at the highest level. Everything is clean, good repair, convenient location, beautiful view from the window, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Five minutes after check-in, the bellboy brought fruit and lemonade. After the April heat, the cool strawberry lemonade with natural mint leaves seemed simply divine. I would still drink this lemonade. There was no dust anywhere in the room, even on the cornices with lighting, the dust was cleaned. The room cost me 4200 taka. It feels like this hotel corresponds to Midori, but is twice as cheap.

The staff at the reception said that there was no 300 taka change, and offered to leave it on deposit, despite the fact that there was nothing in the refrigerator in the room. During breakfast, when I asked for water, the waiter half filled a half-liter bottle with tap water and put it on my table. There was no soap in the shower, but there was shampoo and everything that was supposed to.

Front desk should be more professional ,there was no hand soap at rest room and they doesn’t has laundry but at apps they say they has.I was upset last day about their service

Exceptional

Everything! The hotel has all the right facilities, it’s nice and sleek. To top it off, it has an amazing rooftop view over Gulshan. We ended up staying an extra night because of how peaceful the neighbourhood was. Most importantly, the staff are so kind and helpful and one of the best I have come across. Highly recommended!

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. No complaints - staff was extremely helpful.

Staff was very helpful, professional and well versed in English. Even when we didn't show up for complementary breakfast, they called to the room and offered to bring breakfast to the room.

Mosquitoes in the room can be better managed. Mosquitoes are able to enter the room through the bathroom exhaust fan.

Would definitely recommend to friends

The room was clean and very spacious. The staff was found cordial. Room service was amazing, the daal butter fry was bloody good. Excellent breakfast, very delicious.

Slight delay during check-in. And the shower drain was either slightly clogged or a bit small. so mostly had to stay ankle deep in water.
