ダッカに来たらまた泊まりたくなるホテル

フロントのスタッフの方が親切で，毎回気にかけてくれた．ウェルカムドリンクの提供があった．部屋は広く，シャワールームやトイレも清潔であった．朝食のバリエーションがいろいろあり，とても美味しかった．バングラデシュ料理や洋食などもそろっているレストランがあり，ルームサービスも依頼できた（値段はホテル価格）．

ランドリーサービスを利用したが，値段がかなり高いので，高いクオリティを求めなければ町中の店を探したほうがよかったかもしれない．ただし，返ってきた衣服の状態や梱包はかなり丁寧であった．

Very convenient, thanks!

We particularly liked the service of the staff allround, at the reception, whenever i needed something (money changed, printing, car arranged etc.) and at breakfast with Lisa, all in all excellent staff!

a normal phenomenon in Dhaka, but just know that in the morning very early there is a call for prayer that you hear loud in your room

Affordable Business stay in Dhaka

Rich breakfast, local Bangladesh and international dishes, friendly pleasant staff, excellent daily room service, affordable hotel, very good laundry service, organised and economic airport pickup and drop-off

I recommend 1 more elevator to be available in the hotel. Additionally, roof top restaurant to be opened, visitors can enjoy viewing city of Dhaka

First Stay at Omni overall nice experience

• Hotel is clean and good location near Banani Super Market. • Very nice interior design, good lighting and reading table have a nice revolving chair. • Though I have faced problems during checkin due to rush, but receptionist staffs always (Even during my check out) tells sorry about this problems which is fully professional and I liked best. - Overall I have stayed with a nice experience and will booked again soon !

• During checkin it takes more than 1 hour due to booking rush (almost rooms are filled up). But the receptionist guy tried best to checkin me with a room upgrade! At last he succeeded with consulting his management and give me room No-704. • There are some unnecessary instruments in 7th Floor corridor which are not sorted and some instruments in GYM are not working properly. Need to setup carefully. • Complimentary breakfast items should be increased!

Decent option if you’re not on a budget.

Centrally located amongst markets and restaurants. Overall clean and comfortable.

Thought the price was too high for its calibre. Quite clean, except there were some missed hair on the floors and the pillow cases didn’t smell super fresh. Staff were eager to help but the refund process was not clearly communicated. I wanted to check out one day early, and it took them 2 days to confirm it was possible, and then only when I went for the refund did they tell me they can only refund cash. Non-instant fresh coffee is at an extra cost.

Sheets were nice.

Price was very high for what you actually get. Gym very sparse and broken, broken elyptical no battery. No smart TV. Breakfast had raw egg that was mixed with boiled, ruined entire food appetite, couldn't eat. Common areas, hallways are very old updated, smelly

Best staff, comfy beds

Omni is an amazing place, that I always stay at when in Dhaka. I have now stayed there 3 times, and had a fantastic stay every time. The two standout things about the Omni Residency are the staff and the beds. The staff and AMAZING. So very friendly and are truly the reason I go back each time. The beds that are like clouds are an additional bonus! Oh and the breakfast is great too :)

Nice staff, nice decor, nice coffee.

Staff were great. Nice touches with smart decor makes a big difference. Breakfast not bad, but I would always like rice and vegetables as an option (meat & gluten free). The gym worked :)

Efficient and professional

Airport pick up and drop off was very smooth and efficient. The staff were all highly professional. The room and facilities were all fantastic. Will definitely stay again.

Good locality, not far off from airport and reasonable pocket pinch ........a good choice for Dhaka

OMNI Residency was a pleasant surprise -conveniently located and very good value.

Excellent, kind, helpful and responsive staff. Front desk staff were always ready to help with business and vehicle support. Liza on the dining room staff was particularly kind and attentive. Excellent wifi.

The location is near a mosque, so unless you like being awoke at 430am, this may not work for you.
