Staff overall- super friendly. We got a complimentary upgrade which was really nice. Everyone was helpful despite it being NYE.
The SPA/Salon for women was a bit of a mess. I had to get ready for a wedding so I asked for a 5pm booking at check in- I was told that would be fine. I got a call after asking for me to come down at 6pm instead. I explained this is for a wedding so I can't be too late. I got there at 6pm and the door was locked.. I waited for 20 mins before anyone came & the service was also below average for pretty expensive prices. Hotel was good but I would avoid the salon.
The entry/exit of the hotel is also not easy. There should be multiple entrances to the property given the busy location/dhaka traffic.

Breakfast was nice
Rooms not clean enough. Needs to renovate the entire building and change all old bathroom appliances. It’s very old style. Not like 5stars hotel.

The attitudes of the reception staff on arrival, had to call the manager to resolve an issue, in total it was 1 hour and 20 minutes to actually be checked in due to a price issue. Not good enough for a 5 star hotel when you have travelled over 6000 miles. Not professional at all!
